1. Great seeing the sites of Washington DC. 2. The two gentlemen, organizing the lines at the meeting point were curt and less than pleasant. They need a refresher course on Customer Service. Many people were mis-directed and ended up on wrong tours. 3. The tour guide did not give enough pertinent information. Too much extraneous info. She was otherwise pleasant and could answer questions when they were asked, therefore, she had the historical knowledge just presented it poorly and was disorganized in her approach. 4. Bus driver was a competent bus driver, but she could not answer basic questions. She also gave poor instructions and mis-directed 2 participants who ended up missing the bus at one of our stops due to her poor instructions. She is predominantly Spanish-speaking, and therefore misunderstood what the participants were asking. This is unacceptable as these participants ended up missing a good portion of the tour due to her lack of language skills. In my opinion, they should get a refund. Both bus driver and tour guide should be knowledgeable about the tour and basic things to expect. All in all, this was a less than average tour experience. I feel with a better tour guide and better informed bus driver more of us would’ve had a more worthwhile educational experience.

This was a great way to see some of the major sights in DC without spending the entire day walking. We traveled with 2 small children (6 and 2) and it was great for them. Our guide Tyrone was very knowledgeable about each stop and gave clear directions for times to be back for the next stop. My only complaint would be that our 3 hour tour ended up being a 4.5 hour tour and we got really hungry by the end. I would definitely recommend signature tours if you are looking for a monument tour.

Upgrade part of tour was not done

We paid extra for upgrade to see the cherry blossoms 1 hour, however that was completely skipped and the guide said he was not aware that we had paid for it and the tour will not go there. He told us to call to report and know why we were charged for something that was never going to be offered.

IT WAS OUR last trip to D.C. and we were looking forward to seeing the great monuments, but we were not informed of where to meet and so we missed it, despite having made previous arrangements and paid. MOST unconscionable was that nobody would return our calls Monday morning when we sought to find out where to be in time for the tour. My grandchildren were coming with their 6th grade class next year, I will certainly tell the school not to schedule any trip with you.

Underwhelming experience

Unable to reach tour guide company ahead of tour. Phone line says messages full. Same for viator when they tried. Was a few minutes late for tour due to extreme traffic. Could have joined tour at first stop if could have contacted them. Write to tour online as well. No response. You meet at a bus stop. Seems disorganized or understaffed. Have not received a refund or response from tour guide company.
