A professional Tour Guide from Continental City Tours will come pick your family up at the time your tour reservation at a hotel/pick up location within the Washington D.C. National Mall/Downtown or the Arlington VA area. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Please kindly understand that the reason for the pick up radius is to maximize your 4 hour tour time to dedicate to the tour itinerary/memorials and history. Your guide is the driver- he/she will explain the history, significance, and more during your tour as you drive by many important buildings such as the National Archives, FBI Headquarters, Air and Space Museum and so much more! Your family will be able to step down and walk on the external grounds of the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, explore and walk throughout the World War II Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial and so much more! We are more than happy to make changes/modifications to Memorials/Monuments during your tour. If you are driving or have a car, please send us a message so we can provide you an address to park your car for free either within D.C. (weekends) or near The Pentagon (weekdays), your guide would be able pick you up and take you back to your car at the end of the tour. Thank-you. We appreciate your support!

Tom was great. He was informative and very personable. We saw a lot of different monuments and Arlington Cemetery. The whole private tour was the best and highly recommend it.

Exceptional experience. Brought 3 family members here that had never seen DC and dreaded having to find parking, walk half a mile and try to give a summary if what we were seeing and then repeat it half a dozen times. Mist likely would have ended in me getting frustrated and them having a poor time. Well booked a tour and Cameron was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They saw everything they wanted to with actual "curbside" drop off and pick up. Our four hours were spectacular to say the least. When my service is done in DC next year I'll most likely do it again with my wife. Five stars is the lowest rating of this service!

I first want to say that our driver (Cameron) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable. My next comment is not a reflection on him. We were very disappointed in not being able to see Arlington Cemetery and changing of the guard like it was described. We had booked a 6:00-10pm not realizing the cemetery closes at 5:00pm. We even requested by email to (Continental City tours) to see the guard change and they told us that this could be done and our driver would be informed. This was not the case and this was the main reason I booked this tour (as a Veteran myself). We still saw some great things and Cameron was great. We are just disappointed with the way this tour was advertised and what we were told by this company. So be aware if you book this trip during the evening hours.
