Tunde was great. Van was very comfortable. Totally flexible on where we went and in what order. Great with our grandkids. My wife left her cane in the van and Tunde brought it back to our hotel on his own time that evening.

Not what was expected - transportation not tour with informed guide

Transport was clean and well presented. Our driver was pleasant and punctual, provided water, yet at times was difficult to understand. I would not recommend this as a private tour of city highlights as advertised if you are expecting an informed tour guide to support your highlights stopover at each of the major sites.. It is more of a convenient yet very expensive transportation from one site to another. Minimal knowledge was shared that one would not know already as a visiting tourist and most can be walked and linked. Uber/taxi/e scooter/bike and a well planned route of city’s highlights could be done at a fraction of the cost.

Terrible. They tried to only give us 3 hours….had to call the manager to let us have entire 4 hours. Half the monuments he would not bring us to. Knowledgeable driver, but not the most polite…..

Disastrous tour

We were dropped off at Arlington and the guide/van left us there. When we called to be picked up, we were waiting for more than an hour and ended up taking the train back to the city.

In as much as we try to please our customers,there are some situations beyond our control .And that was especially true because two events was going on simultaneously,the Lincoln memorial Centennial and Memorial Day celebration hence the delay in picking your party up because roads were closed. I did spoke to the lead traveler and apologized and made partial refund of $150.We thank you for your business and review.

We were led to believe admittance to the White House for 20 minutes was included as listed on the itinerary Starting point so are disappointed and this was the reason we chose this particular tour (albeit we thought it was unusual) but definitely misleading phrasing on behalf of the tour company

Not Accurate:No one led your party to believe that admittance to the White House was included on the tour you chose.It was explained to you what is required to visit the White House and that it takes upwards of 3months when you apply through your embassy if you are a foreigner and through your congressman or Senator if you an American citizen. We also reached out to your party several times so we could discuss your itinerary but no response,so in the future we suggest you read the fine prints so that there’s no misunderstanding . Thanks

Fifty Year Anniversary Celebration was a success! My husband and I wanted to celebrate fifty years of marriage with a trip to DC. It was a most enjoyable experience. One of highlights of our trip was the four hour private tour. Our tour guide was super! He treated us like royalty. Both my husband and I have slight mobility issues, and our guide was patient and kind. We crammed as much into our time as we possibly could and had a grand time doing it. Thank you for making this milestone in our lives a true celebration.
