Tours begin on time, your tour check-in time is important. You must check-in 15 minutes prior to tour departure time. We can not guarantee we can accommodate late customers.
Please OPEN your voucher and read directions, you may need extra time to find us if you are traveling during rush hour or on metro train on a weekend.
Age: Minimum 16 (NOTE: This is DC LAW; not a "recommendation"). We reserve the right to check ID; participants who are signed up but are not 16 will not be refunded.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our family had an amazing time on the Segway tour. This tour takes you to all the major monuments and landmarks that you will want to see in DC. Josh was our guide and incredibly knowledgeable and patient The only downside was that our tour was cancelled the same day and rescheduled for the next day. I still highly recommend the Segway tour for anyone who wants a fun time outdoors with an easy way to tour.

We took this tour on a high school senior trip. The kids were nervous about it but once they got on and practiced, they fell in love!! I have seen DC many times but this was a first on a Segway and I only wish I had done this sooner. Got to see the whole National Mall and the kids were shocked at all the sites and information. It was the perfect fun activity to start our trip with. Even if you’ve seen DC, do this tour and request Joe! He was a whiz at getting us trained and he knew his history. The kids loved him and kept talking about him even hours after the tour.

Booked a 2.5 hour guided Segway tour. We were told it was too windy when we showed up. Was converted to a 2 hour e-bike guided tour. No audio narration during the follow the leader ride. I also was not given a refund for the cost difference refund. I have requested a refund of the difference and get pointed to aviator by the vendor. No response received. Book direct with a vendor.

Joe and Josh made our experience a great one! Most of our group had never ridden a segway before, but the training they offered made us all feel confident and comfortable before we left on our tour. The bike shop was easy to find and located by a variety of restaurants for lunch before or after your tour. This tour wasn't necessarily educational or filled with a bunch of information compared to other tours D.C. may offer, but it's a great way to see the city and monuments while limiting your walking for the day! I recommend taking this tour early in your trip, so you can see what all D.C. has to offer and anything else you might want to see while you're there. They were also more than willing to take photos and videos of us during the tour and at our stops, which is a huge bonus!

Overall experience was great with our guide Josh. He took the time to ensure we were comfortable on the segway before setting off and made sure we were traveling at a good pace. During the tour, he provided good information while also allowing us to stop and see the POIs up close. Parking around the area is a bit tough, so would recommend a ride share or some other method of getting there. If it’s a cold day I’d recommend gloves since your fingers will be exposed. I was very happy with Josh and the Segway tour and would do it again!

Great way to see DC monuments if you don’t have a lot of time. It was a fun experience and easy to learn to ride. Josh was helpful and friendly. The staff was professional. If you’re looking to see lots of monuments in a few hours, this is the best way to do it. Highly recommended!

This tour was amazing. The segways were fun. Ryan was our guide and he was great. We were lucky that it was just our family so he really tailored the tour and let us see what we wanted and skip what we didn’t care for.
