Jim was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. There were just 3 of us and we were entertained and enjoyed terrific food incuding soup, quiche, pizza, falafel and creme brulee. The history of Georgetown was fascinating and we learned about the unique personalities who created the food.

Wesley was an awesome guide with lots of great history and stories I had never heard about the area. Beautiful views, excellent food, great local eateries and restaurants. Lots of walking, so wear appropriate shoes! Worth every penny, it was a full 4 course meal!

Our tour guide Wesley was so knowledgeable. This was more than a food tour, you actually get a history of Georgetown and WDC. The restaurants we visited had the best food and they were so friendly. The whole experience was a chef’s kiss! I would definitely recommend. Bring your walking shoes and an appetite.

Highlight of our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip.

We were looking for a different and unique tour to do in Washington, found this food tour and thought give it a try. My wife told me that the tour was the highlight of our 25th wedding anniversary get away. I did not know much about Georgetown prior to tour, we are both so glad we did this tour. The food and the history were wonderful, we are planning to do the Food Tour of U street when we come back for our daughters 16th birthday in May. Highly recommend!

Wesley was an exceptional tour guide! He explained so much of the history of Georgetown and how it has evolved over time. He recounted both the stories(and there were many interesting ones) as well as the documented facts from political, to social to racial, etc. There could have been more food options compared to other food tours we have taken as the four stops did not seem to capture the diversity of options we passed by. While the food options chosen were all good, the primary focus was the history. Overall, a fantastic tour because of Wesley!
