I go to DC to visit family often, and this tour will make it difficult to go back to the National Mall during the daytime.

Many of our team members work remotely, so it was nice to get the team together and see the monuments decorated for the holidays and take group photos.

The Lincoln Memorial at night was breathtaking as was the Korean War Memorial. The enormity of the MLK statue was amazing. Your was maybe 30-45 mins too long. Driver was informative. Overall a great experience.

A van showed up to pick us up and it was too small to accommodate the number of people who had booked the tour. We were forced to wait 30 minutes for a bus to pick us up. The bus that arrived had dark tinted windows so unless we were at a scheduled stop you could barely see, and taking photos was not an option. The tour also did not follow the itinerary listed on viator. We did not visit the Jefferon Memorial, which was something we were looking forward too. We are happy that we saw the MLK monument, but we had already planned to visit it the next day.

WORST TOUR EVER

This was one of this worst tours I have ever been on. The driver was 30 minutes late and the tour was already very lengthy. We didn’t get back to our hotel until midnight. The information seemed scattered and it was hard to follow. We got left at the very first stop and had to call and have the bus turn around to come get us. We arrived back at the meeting spot at the exact time we were told to and we still got left! I asked the driver to do a head count next time and he never did! He told us it looked like everyone was there! There also was not enough time at the stops to fully explore and appreciate the sights, and we were scared of being left again so that added unnecessary anxiety! I would not recommend to anyone for the ridiculous price you pay! Save your money!

This was the worst waste of $236 ever. The driver was rude and his driving was terrible. He kept blowing the horn at people that clearly had the right of ways. The air was broken and he kept telling us it was because it was a bus and hot outside. We are from the Deep South where we are very familiar with heat and humidity and have common sense enough to know when an AC is broken. Multiple questions and comments were asked and made regarding the air. It says you have opportunities to get off for 20 minutes at WW2 and Jefferson memorial. You do not. The website apparently has not updated the description of what is included. We got 9 minutes at the capitol and 15-20 min at the White House. We were told by him that we would have a bathroom break at 915. He did not let us stop until 945 after we asked about our stops and the restrooms. He refused to give us his name only his nickname of co-captain. Our party of 7 did not get back on the bus and called the company. They sent another bus to pick us up and he was kind and apologetic and the bus had ice cold air. Once back at the drop off the original bus returned and only 2 passengers of 17 were left. Everyone else had gotten off as well. Our entire purpose of taking a bus tour at night was to keep the older mother in our party from having to walk in the heat. This was ridiculous. Do not recommend at all!
