Great Experience
Elizabeth_R, May 2023
I originally reserved 1 adult bike and 2 kids bikes online, however when we got there my youngest was too scared to ride the big kids bike. So we tried a tag-along and that didn’t work either. So finally we settled on the trailer and it was fantastic. The staff was great working with all the changes and even changed my oldest’s bell because it wasn’t loud enough. The bikes were fantastic and made it so that we were able to make it to a lot more place than we would have walking.

Nice way to visit different places in a same day and do exercise, easy to find the route and get faster.

Freedom for our teenage boys. Covered much more area than anticipated. Would recommend for anyone, family or couple.
Rainy day bike ride-well worth it!
Chris_J, Mar 2023
Picking up the bikes, using them, and dropping them off was very easy and well worth the money. The only unfortunate thing was it was raining the day we used them! We loved the experience anyway. Such a great way to see all the monuments.

Marian_L, May 2022
Easy reservations and pickup but no local map and very limited advice for suitable paths. One of 2 bikes became nonfunctional (chain issue) and was replaced, but we had to walk it back.
Lots of fun. Beats walking everywhere
AlisonCattelona, Apr 2022
Bikes were easy to handle and durable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did see it listed somewhere that they’d deliver to hotel, which they don’t, but all in all a very enjoyable experience
It was a blast

Bike ride was the way to go! Everyone was so helpful here and the bikes worked perfectly. It was easy and the only way to see all the sight in a few hours.
Great tour and driver.

This was so great. Our driver was very knowledgeable and drove safely. It was nice not to have to drive and worry about traffic.
Perfect experience

Was able to visit every monument at our own pace without the rush of a tour. Our family loved it. Great memories made

Vincent P, Sept 2016
The bike rental went very smooth. There was a stand outside Union and the hand over of the bike happened in a few minutes. As such, I didn't lose any time and could enjoy the bike rental for pretty much the entire day. The people at the stand were very clear and answered all my questions without a problem.
I'm happy I rented the bike with them because it gave me the opportunity to discover most if not all of the D.C. landmarks in one day.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bikes were in excellent condition and comfortable. My daughter and I saw so many more sites because of the bikes than we would have on foot. DC is very bike-friendly. Even with 90+ degree weather, we enjoyed our biking experience.

Excellent! Great service, awesome experience.
We were able to explore more in the city without the need of a cab or bus. And Washigton is a great place for biking.

sharron h, July 2013
Renting the bikes was a godsend to get around for the two days that we had them. Washington is great to get around on your bikes as you are allowed on the walkways with them. It was so hot that walking around would of been so slow and draining. The bikes allowed us to explore places that you would not walk to i.e Theodore Roosevelt Island, we biked over to Arlington aswell. The only hiccup I had was that I was refused to take the bikes at first, I had prebooked and paid for the hire of the bikes so I thought I would only need paperwork voucher to present when collecting them, you also need a credit card to hire the bikes for proof and for them incase you decide to steal the bikes! So I was sent back to my hotel to get my card to my frustration! Don't forget your credit card when collecting the bikes.

What a great way to see as much of the city in a short amount of time. I "think" I saw it all! My biggest mistake was not going for a ride along the waterfront. Now I know!

Very much enjoyed being able to rent the bicycles, but was not happy at all with the owners asking they be returned three hours earlier than the advertised closing time.

Perfect way to see almost all of the memorials with children. The ease of getting around was great. Only drawback was the lack of bike racks or knowledge of where bikes could be locked up while walking through and around the memorials.
