Very good overall. Only issue is the Moonlight tour stops need to be lit up better. Uneven walkway made caused my wife to fall @ FDR monument. Other participants almost fell over low stone benches

Smiley is the absolute best! He was our driver twice, once on the hotel courtesy shuttle and again for the Monuments at Night. He was funny, knowledgeable and very considerate. We absolutely enjoyed both days. The only downside was one driver who picked us up from the Arlington shuttle driver (who was also great). This one hop on hop off driver was rude to fellow guests, and made his bus feel very tense... such a difference from all the other drivers we had during our day. We quickly chose to hop off again. If you have a chance, use this tour company, and get ready to learn and laugh if you are fortunate enough to get Smiley. “A happy Houston, TX teacher”

We purchased this package via a phone call. the sales rep. was difficult to understand due to her foreign accent.. We didn't understand where we could get our vouchers. We already bought a off and on Trolley ticket for the day.. It was a duplicate offer...We finally found the Desk at Union Station on the 3rd day we were in DC. by then it was too late to use the discount offers. There were no signs for Viator tours..it was actually called OLD TOWN TROLLEY TOURS. my voucher did not state the Tour name...We weren't sure which Trolley we paid for. We over paid for this service...I will only book Viator tours on line in the future so I can read all the fine print.

The tour guides were all great and I enjoyed it. The reason for only 4 stars was because there was an issue with the redline trolley meeting us at The Lincoln Memorial, it was over an hour late. Old Town Trolley did make up for the inconvenience by making sure everyone was able to get back to their stations and not be left stranded because it was at the end of the day.

having taken day tours and moonlight tour I was not impressed with what you saw at night. The Roosevelt memorial in particular was so dark you could not see anything. The Lincoln Memorial was beautiful Would not recommend this tour. Felt the check in process at the train station was not clear. Big place if you are not familiar with your location.

This is the best way to see the city in the shortest possible time. Make sure that you get an early start as this is a one DAY ticket and not a 24 hour ticket. The drivers were funny and well informed and we had a great day. The Monuments by Moonlight is a MUST as it is definitely the best way to see the monuments. If you only have one day, this is the way to do it.
