We had a great tour. The bus was clean, our driver was knowledgeable and we saw a lot of sights with zero stress. The tour at night is beautiful with the soft lighting and well worth the money.

This company should be eliminated from the TRIPADVISOR System. I paid in full for the tour in advanced. This company sent me a text message 3.5 hours before the tour time for me to confirm a tour fully paid for in advanced. I was on the plane from New York City to Washington at the time I received their text message. I tried to respond the their text message 2 hours before the tour starting time and as soon as I landed in Washington D.C. They simply called me letting me know that they cancelled my tour tickets because I did not responded their text message. This is a tour that was fully paid for and they should only cancel my tickets in the event I would not show at the registration time.

We provided you and your wife the tour on 09/07/23 and you were amazed by our quality service and you even thanked us. We’re surprised to read all these calumnies. You were even late the day we provided you the tour and we waited for you and your wife. We never tried to resale you tickets for a higher price. We were even willing to provide you and your wife a VIP Private Tour with one of our SUV’s including free hotel pick up and drop off. Because of your lack of communication and negative attitude, we changed our minds. We provided you snacks and bottles of water for free. And our driver/guide went above and beyond to serve you and your wife. We always reach out to our guests 4-5 hours before the tour starts to make sure that they will attend the tour. We reached out to you multiple times with no response. This is why we decided to reschedule your tour for the next day. And around 6:15pm-6:30pm, you called us upset (where there is anger there is always pain underneath) once said by Eckhart Tolle. Indeed, we suggested that you reschedule your tour for the next day or request a refund because we were not sure if you would be at the pick up location if we sent our driver/guide. You said that you would like to reschedule the tour for the next day and we apologized for the inconvenience this cancellation may have occurred! We rescheduled the tour for the next day. We cannot send our drivers/guides to the lot 30-45 minutes before the tour starts. They must have plans and be organized (make manifests) to get ready to drive to the lot to pick up the vehicles. They have to know how many guests will attend the tour (the art of management). This is why we always send reminder messages to all of our guests to confirm that they will attend the tour. And we are constantly monitoring all the responses then we assign our guests to a specific vehicle and a specific driver /guide. We truly understand your concern and we desire that what you wish for someone else will come back to you (Law Of Attraction). May God accomplish all of your heart’s desires! Respectfully, Régis

The compassionate nature and assistance we received over the phone having missed the pick up location and managed to meet up with Smokey at the War Memorial all because of Viator employees. Thankyou. Smokey was amazing and we loved the entire tour. Definitely will recommend it!!!!!

Our tour guide was great!! It was nice to see the sites we saw. However it was very disappointing that the itinerary was not followed and we paid to see several sites we did not see. Could have taken another tour for less money and seen as many if not more of the sites. Also was supposed to be a small group in a van but we were put on a bus with many more people.

Amazing tour of the DC monuments. Smokey, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, personable, and fun. This trip is worth the time and money. Seeing Washington DC at night was remarkable. I highly recommend this tour. Make sure to ask for Smokey!

Bus was late and we smelled exhaust fumes. They overbooked our tour so had to wait for a larger vehicle in the pouring rain. Our tour guide Smoky was great however. He was very apologetic for the problems. He was also friendly and fun. Other tour busses had plastic windows you could roll up for better views from the bus which was especially nice for a night tour for seeing things. Our bus had standard windows you couldn't open with a dark tint so hard ro see out at night. Our bus more suited for a day tour.

Bait and switch. Do not book this tour.

Do not book this tour. I booked this because it was listed as a small group of no more than 13 people in a sprinter van. What happened was close to 50 people were booked, a small group went in the sprinter van, then 30 of us got put in an old, hot, bus. The large bus had trouble navigating around the monument sites, causing us to walk much further and making the tour take almost 4 hours, not 3. Smokey the tour guide did a good job, but at more than half the sites he stayed with the bus, there wasn’t much explaining on-site outside of 4 stops. Regis the your operator hasn’t responded to my messages or concerns. The tour itself would have been 3 stars, but the bait and switch on transportation and group size is not acceptable. This is NOT a small group tour of 13 people max. The van with amenities is an old bus (pictures attached).

We provide Small and Large group tours and all our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning, free snacks and bottles of water. We provide a quality service and we don’t rush our guests during their excursion. This is the reason why we usually go above 3hrs and we don’t charge extra for that. Mr. Régis has to pay extra money to his business partners for the extra time. Mr. Régis wants his guests to enjoy and learn more about Washington, D.C. the Nucleus of Democracy. And you sent a text message to Mr. Régis at 11:13pm and Mr. Régis responded right after he received your message and shared his compassion with you. Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is watching you! It is our honor to provide an exceptional service in Washington, D.C. We love our guests and our City. Mr. Smokey is an incredible tour guide and we can’t please everybody. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. The same guests who attended the tour with Mr. Christopher and his family, left a 5 star review and was grateful for the service we provided. The Best Way to see the Monuments

The tour was excellent, and our guide, Smokey was both informative and entertaining. Points that almost cost a star in my rating: The meeting point was different than that on my confirmation email. The company did respond quickly through Viator contact option and cleared that up. Also, our tour was 4.5 hours long, finishing at 11:30.

Such a fun way to see the monuments! There is no way we could have seen all these sights on our own and it was a beautiful backdrop to have the sunset and evening lights. Regis was a wealth of knowledge and took great care of the group. Highly recommend this tour!
