Perfect excursion! Really enjoyed showing my Dear friend from our of town over the weekend all of the beautiful ports of the DMV!

Avoid, unless you are using it to just commute.

This is not a sightseeing vessel. It is a commute. If you're sitting inside, it is hard to see. It can become congested inside. No voice guided tour, it is literally a taxi, to be used only if you want to commute from one bank to the other.

The advertisement said it would go by the Lincoln memoria and Washington monument and be 35 minutes. It went the other direction and we were stuck on it for hours.

This trip was a nightmare. Had to book through Viator, which was ridiculous and costly. They had no good information about the boat itself--and what they told me turned out to be false. Then we got to our dock and found out the ticket had been booked backwards--and we had to change it! that messed up our time for travel. Then found out it wasn't a "loop" of three stops, as promised, but rather a two-way trip and NO chance to stop at the third stop. Ugh. Then found out the boat was so far from the shoreline, that we saw NO cherry blossoms as had been promised before booking. This trip was overpriced, expensive, and gave us NOTHING i had asked for. No views. No extra stop. No narrative of what we were seeing. Nothing I had asked for! I am SO disappointed and disgusted. I would NEVER do this again. Not only was my booking screwed up (and I spoke to THREE different people!), the trip was very expensive and gave me nothing of what I had asked for, was promised, etc. Shame on you. AND your website is a mess. Tried that before actually talking to people but there is NO good information there, either. What you sold me should be illegal and it certainly was unethical. Shame on you.
