      Just terrible

My tickets for the theme park wasn’t provided I had to purchase them myself and wait for a refund to be given. Which was totally unexpected and almost ruined the entire vacation.

That we could get on all the rides out there. Viator is a great way to book your reservation and get your tickets thanks alot
      Don't think I come back.
      Cecelia_F, June 2021
Most of the rides were closed. We had a disabled band and we still had to wait over an hour for a time to come back after we already waited an hour in line. The only good part that ran smoothly was the pet kennel. Ladies were very friendly and it was well organized.
      I would never go back.

This place was a ripoff! Due to Covid half of the attractions were closed. No stage presentations occurred. We were lost most of the time due to poor map markings and no area signs saying YOU ARE HERE. Parking was EXPENSIVE!

Watching the grand kids enjoy the rides and the overall setting. First time they visited Bush Gardens
I select Busch Gardens ticketw and viator did not allow me to change location
      Pablo_S, Aug 2019
I purchase the tickets understanding theres was just one Busch Gardens park (I´m from Argentina), and when I discovered that I selected Williamsburg, Viator did not allow me to switch to Tampa whtere I was, so seems that I loose my money because of selecting Viator and not the official site to buy. So, my recomendatio would be to buy through the official site, and never more through Viator, a Tripadvisor Company.

We had a wonderful trip, we loved everything about it. The hotel, the environment and local area was so beautiful, so many things to do and enjoy. The energy was positive, the employees who helped us check into our hotel were all so informative and very nice. Both parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country) we’re super awesome! We enjoyed our beautiful hotel suite and the amenities! Everything was incredible, clean and affordable; we’d love to book with you all again! We had an awesome time!

Busch Gardens was great. We went dunning the week so there were hardly any waits over 15min. The park was very clean and there are a lot of trees that provided great shade from the pounding sun. The only problem we had was that there newest roller coaster was broken all day, and almost all the other roller coasters were shout down various times throughout the day. I am glad that we had not stood in line for an hour and then told the ride was broken.

LOVED IT!! Appreciated the discount as again we had to purchase 10 tickets--7 adults. We were only able to purchase 9 tickets with Viator, but we bought all the adult tickets and two children's tickets at a very good savings. The family Loved Busch Gardens and we also went early in the week and didn't have to worry about the lines. We went mid-June. Great Park!

Busch Gardens was great, but they need to improve their staffing. After waiting 45 minutes in line child was turned away from a ride because they didn't have the staffing to do the checking at the beginning of the line.

      Sharon M, June 2015
Roller coaster heaven and some of us rode them all. The shows were very well done and a great way to rest between rides. We loved the water rides too it was in the 90's. Don't miss the Irish Show and the two animal encounters, great fun. We spent from 10:00AM to 9:00PM but we left having had a most wonderful day together as a family, each of us getting to experience the joys of three generations at the amusement park together.
