Ghost tour with Ben

Ben was our tour guide and I highly recommend him if there is any way to pick who gets to be the guide. He was very animated and brought the stories to life. He explained the history and gave life to the long ago people who used to walk the streets of Williamsburg. We went to Busch Gardens earlier that day and I do believe I had just as much fun doing this tour than I did at BG. If you are thinking about doing it, just go ahead and do it!!

Spooky Fun time in Williamsburg

We had a fantastic time! I unfortunately don’t remember the name of our guide- but she was great. We had a group of 5, including a 9 year old, 20 something’s and 40-50 something’s. Everyone enjoyed the tour. Very glad we decided to do this!

No guide showed up

The guide never showed up. We waited 15 minutes and left. As we were heading to our car I got a notice that our tickets were being refunded. Some notice ahead of time that no guide was going to show up would have been courteous and professional instead of wasting our time.

Thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic walking tour led by tour guide Rick! He kept us spellbound as he shared many stories of Colonial Williamsburg at the many historic sites. Wear your walking shoes, as the tour covers a lot of ground! Definitely got our money’s worth!

You don’t actually go inside any buildings or even any graveyards. It’s literally just a walk around a busy street while the guide tells cheesy jokes and ghost stories about various old buildings. You could do the same thing on your own for free. Not for anyone looking to explore haunted places.

The streets of Williamsburg after dark are a pleasure to walk and there are stars to enjoy, too. Orion, the constellation was just over our heads. Alvin was our guide and he is top notch. He Knows how to tell a story and he has some really good ones. We go on ghost tours in nearly every city we visit and this one offers an enjoyable evening and a great value.
