An eye opening adventure

Roger is very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He provided some keen insight to what was actually happening during the different phases of the war. The trench’s by hill 62 and the caterpillar crater were two amazing highlights of our tour. All throughout this amazing journey, Roger was quick to orient you in the proper direction of the front and point out, with visual aids, the reasons for being in that particular location. Moving from the front lines, to the dressing stations, and seeing the cemeteries gives you a sober reminder of the events that transpired in the area. To witness these relics from a war fought so long ago was truly a blessing.
