      The guide did not show up, so we did a self-guided trip with the help of the hotel concierge. Viator should discontinue working with this tour agency.

      My only bad review on Trip Advisor or any other site. Planned this a couple weeks out, 6 hour private tour of Zermatt. In reservation process, I informed them of our hotel location in Zermatt. Couple days before the trip the guide and Viator did not confirm. So, I had to call Viator numerous times...30+ minutes on the phone while on vacation, to see if they had our pick up location. Viator finally confirmed in writing the guide would pick us up at hotel. Day of trip, nothing. Viator guide did not show up, did not call, did not e-mail.
