Collect your luggage and venture to the arrivals lounge to meet your driver. Recognize your name on a personalized sign then simply sit back, relax and enjoy the ride in the air-conditioned vehicle, direct to your hotel.

When your vacation in Acapulco concludes, meet your driver at your hotel and journey directly to the airport in time for your departure flight.

Please ensure you provide full details of your confirmed flight and accommodation address when booking your transfer. Once purchased, your round-trip transfer will be instantly confirmed and you’ll receive a voucher to present to your driver upon arrival.

Good airport pick up experience

The driver was waiting for us promptly outside the airport exit. The van was clean and well equipped. The driver was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend using via tour for this experience.

Amazing drive from the airport!

Highly recommend Grupo Royale Tours Acapulco. Driver met us at the airport exit with our names on a placard. The driver was friendly and professional and spoke good English. The Car was clean and Comfortable. Pedro met us at the hotel and welcomed us and gave us great information about the area.

excellent service. Man was at the terminal waiting for me with my name on a sign. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Due to the time and date I went (March of 2020) I was the only pick-up. Same as the way back to the airport. Would definitely recommend royal tours.

Javier was so friendly and welcoming. He took us on multiple trips during our stay. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He also took us from our hotel to see the divers, stayed with us during the show and took us back afterwards. He was attentive and always made us feel safe and welcome in his city. We asked him to teach us Spanish and he did! We learned so much from him. He encouraged me to continue to learn the language and practiced with us on our travels. Javier is one in a million. He made such an amazing impression on us. I came home to tell all my friends and family how friendly the people are in Acapulco. Javier was a major contributor to my experience.

We we were met at the airport by our driver holding a sign with our name. He was very courteous and polite. He informed us about parts of the city as he drove us to our resort. We will definitely use Viator in the future.

My roundtrip transfers from the airport to the hotel was wonderful and went well. My flight was late coming in and I called to inform the transport company and they were so nice and told me not to worry because the driver would be there. And sure enough he was. Javier was awesome and also gave me a nice overview of the history while transporting me to my hotel. I would also like to point out that he met me at the airport on my return flight home and helped me get my boarding pass, find my gate and even went upstairs to show me where i should go to catch my flight. Javier was fantastic and made my day from my first day to the last day. I would also like to recognize Eduardo who drove me back to the airport and he was very attentive and answered any questions that I asked of him. He was awesome too. I would definitely use their service again if I ever return to Acapulco. It was worth every penny!

The pick up on both ends were timely. I would have been much better if your company was able to pick up at the door of the Grand Mayan. I was advised when I booked and reminded when picked up at the airport. I was unhappy to learn that other operators were able to pick up at the resort.

We had used Viator in Miami on several occasions to transfer our family from various hotels to the cruise port. When we saw they were also available in Acapulco - as we made our trip arrangements we decided to use them there as well. We were once again more than pleased with the drivers and their handling of our transportation to the hotel and back to the airport. We were met on time and assisted with our luggage and check in. The departure was very early in the morning (6 am) but there was no problem having the van there on time. All of those we talked to (Pedro) as well as the drivers spoke English well (since we spoke very limited Spanish!) and that made the travel experience easier. We definitely would recommend this service to anyone.

The driver who picked us up from the airport stated that they would pick us up from the Grand Mayan, and that when I provided Royal Tours with our room number that he would come up to the front lobby area of the resort to pick us up. I provided Royal Tours with our room number on April 7th. We called the day before (4/19) our pick up date to return to the airport to re-confirm. On 4/20/13 after waiting in the lobby pick up area at Grand Mayan 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and 17 minutes after the pick up time, I found out the van was down the hill on the street, not in front of the Grand Mayan lobby to pick my family up, as the Royal Tours driver told us (4/6/13) would happen on 4/6/13. The driver stated he was not allowed to drive on Grand Mayan property to pick us up. I would have expected that if he arrived on time and discovered this problem, he would have come up to the pick up point on property right way, not meet me close to the bottom of the hill late as I had to walk down the hill in order for him to be allowed on property. He should have walked up the hill to inform me right away at the pick up. The delay of 25 minutes in total made us have a late arrival at the airport.

This was great. For the first time someone was holding my name up so I just walked over. The driver was very friendly and talked us all the way to the hotel. On my return trip, the driver was very friendly as well. Sounded like he would have been nicer for the City Tour. Have never been disappointed with the R/T's - it works beautifully!
