It was one of the best experiences in my life. We saw a whale from afar which was disappointing at first but then we saw a huge group of dolphins swimming around us and it was a magical experience!

got jerked around w/ it being cancelledb/c of weather, company wouldn’t tell us one way or another
” they reserve the right to cancel up to 20 min before trip”…. we were an hour away… so had to go- arrived & they told us our time slot people didnt come so we had to wait another hour…went out, guide was nice although nothing to see- a bunch of puffins far away flying & one humpback- shallow swimming & deep diving-not worth 300$- plus weather was cold( not their fault). Go to Massachusetts to see whales-

We are sorry to read you were disappointed by your experience. As you know this is Iceland and the weather conditions can change pretty quickly that is why there is a possibility for the trip to be canceled prior departure, as your safety is our priority. We also need a minimum of passengers on board to be able to run the tour. As you mentioned, we always try to accommodate you and find you another trip on which you can go. This tour exceeded my and my family's expectations! Thankfully we were blessed with good weather. And were able to see copious amounts of those cute puffins! Along with many dolphins and humpbacks up close and personal. The boats were comfortable and allowed good viewing for all. Our guide (Torge, I think) and captain were fabulous...very fun, funny and informative!

It was a great experience, we saw 4 or a 5 whales very close and for a long time as well as maybe 50 dolphins playing into the water close to the whales. Would definitely recommend it.
