I am sorry that you were upset that this excursion was cancelled. You were booked on the Open Boat. A very small boat. If the captain does not feel that it is acceptable to go out, for the safety of our guests, I can't go against him. Understand that there were strong winds on different parts of the coast, so some areas seemed calm while others were very choppy. I had just finished speaking with another guest that instead on going out, then came in early after 1 hour claiming that the seas were too rough (as I told her). It is exasperating to receive a bad review from someone who said too rough and another who say it was calm and acceptable to go out.
Please take down the negative review that you wrote. We didn't cancel to ruin your vacation, we cancelled because the captain felt that it was not advisable to go out. I also took the time to make you a restaurant reservation because you asked me to do that (which you didn't go to and the restaurant called me and asked where you were). I am really shocked that you felt it necessary to publicly leave a bad review. We are such a small company and I manage all aspects. Safety and comfort come first. We are not going to send you out on an open wooden boat with rough sea. Will you please take it down? Thank you, Valeria.
