Very unorganized and not enough seats

Most unorganized tour ever! Tour guide offered everyone on ferry option to take English speaking tour bus for only 20 euros (said what a great deal blah blah…) there were not enough seats on small bus so some of us had to wait for another bus (30 min wait) then we get to top and they are all in store sampling lemonchello. It was like a free for all. Guide not once stopped to get group together. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Truly amazing and worth the money ! The boat tour was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Capri was very beautiful and it was lovely seeing the island. The minibus made it easy to access more of the island. Would highly recommend !

Our tour guide Conrad ( I think that’s how you spell his name ) was incredible. We boarded the ferry in Maiori and went speedy to Capri. We were able to jump off the ferry into the warm Mediterranean Sea and to see the island from aboard a comfortable ferry. We went to Anacapri and had time to eat and to explore the town on our own. Then we continued to visit Capri and were able to take pictures and visit the whole town with enough time to eat gelato and visit shops. We highly recommend this tour with Pepe and our tour guide Conrad !

Overall the tour was good but we almost missed going on the tour because the meeting information provided to us by Viator was very vague and misleading. Nowhere was it conveyed to us that a bus would be waiting by the white Madonna statue that isn't at the seafront. All the information we received and what is on the website talks about jet ferry and says for Minori to meet at sea front!. Nowhere does it say that you ride a bus to Amalfi and then board the jet ferry. There was no Viator/tour rep waiting to meet us. Thankfully a nice gentleman with Travelmar made a phone call for us. This is important information Viator failed to give to us/paying customers. We met another couple on our tour that had the same issues. Capri and Anacapri were beautiful and we are thankful we were able to go on the tour.

This was not a tour at all. It was a guide taking us to one spot at each end of the island....then telling us 15 minutes of google facts about the island.....then giving us free time. I did not pay good money to be dropped on an island with no tour or plans. This will be the LAST tour I ever purchase from Viator, and I have used it on every trip I have taken in the last 3-4 years. Terrible!!!
