We had a great time! Our meal was superb and our host was so kind and patient. We spent the day making a delicious meall and met a wonderful couple that had just been engaged. I would highly recommend this experience in the beautiful town of Priano!

The best excursion we did in the amafi coast. Francesco, our guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the local herbs in Praiano. The 3 course meal comes with plenty of water and wine, which is important after a warm walk! 100% recommend.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our time with Francesco was. He was knowledgeable about the local history and a heck of an instructional chef. He was patient, agreeable, and all around a joy to be with! We learned and then ate like a King and Queen. A must when in the charming town of Praiano.

We had a great experience! The tour started with a walk around Praiano and Giacomo gave us a bit of history of the area and food origins. It was a great way to see the town, and was good exercise! Then we went to the rooftop of Hotel Margherita for some wine/cheese and cooking. We made some interesting snacks and homemade pasta and dessert. Would definitely recommend this for a unique experience to see the area and for a full day activity!

This was one of our best “experiences” on any of our trips. Our guide (Giacomo) was very knowledgeable and provided a lot very interesting information about the use of wild-growing edible leaves, flowers, aromatics. Also great information about the concept of “slow” cooking. The highlight was being able to actually make our lunch from scratch. This included making dough and pasta, pesto and assembling a complete meal, including salad, a great serving of different local cheeses and an amazing desert. All of this accompanied by unique local beer and wine. Giacomo let us do it all with only some instructions. All of this on the open top of a hotel/restaurant with most amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea from several hundred feet up.
