If the captain says that the weather and sea conditions are safe to go out, the boat tour is considered firm and non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Not as advertised, did not stop anywhere on the itinerary as described

I would like a refund on my booking because I was not serviced what was advertised and for the price of almost 1.5k that is not acceptable at all. On the booking page it had on the itinerary that we would stop at multiple different locations such as the emerald grotto, the gorge, and multiple 30-1 hr stops at the different towns like Praiano, Amalfi, Minori, etc and we literally did not stop anywhere. All the skipper did was pass by every single thing and point out resorts and apartment building. I picked this expensive “luxury” tour because it had so many stop for us to be able to not only see the beautiful Amalfi cost from the water but also be able to explore the different towns a little too. The only stop he did was at a restaurant which he then left he there for about an hour after we had finished eating. When my boyfriend asked when are we heading back out he just said “I don’t know” and continues sitting talking to one of the guys working there. I didn’t pay almost 1.5k for this

Ciao Karolyn, Mi dispiace che tu non ti sia trovata bene con noi. I nostri servizi e i nostri capitàni sono sempre attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Abbiamo fatto tutto il tour come descritto e come facciamo sempre, il fiordo di furore è possibile vederlo da fuori ma non è permesso entrare al suo interno, questo è contro le regole che ci impongono le capitanerie di porto. La grotta dello smeraldo e una grotta a pagamento e avvolte bisogna attendere anche molto tempo per poterla visitare, ma questo bastava chiederlo al capitano. Per l’attesa che tu dici di aver aspettato al ristorante purtroppo le cose non sono andate in questo modo, e il capitano che ha dovuto aspettare voi in quanto avete deciso di rimanere un po sulla spiaggia del ristorante dove avete pranzato. Di tutti i tour che abbiamo effettuato tutti i nostri clienti sono sempre rimasti entusiasti e mi dispiace che non sia stata la stessa cosa per te. Ti ringrazio comunque di aver prenotato il nostro tour e di essere stata nostra ospite. A presto

Captain Falco and Sea Horse Charter are well worth it! Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Took us all around the coast and showed us all the picture perfect spots while making sure we did everything we wanted. Ask for Captain Falco, he was great!

Chill day touring the Coast.

We are super low maintenance and just wanted to enjoy a chill day on a boat, have lunch at a beach club and see the coast. Keira was wonderful and so was the Captain. Would definitely book again.

Antonio was the best! We had an amazing relaxing day with Antonio showing us all the highlights of the Amalfi coast. He was on time and very organised. He recommended the most beautiful spot for lunch only accessible by boat on a secluded beach which we loved. We also made a stop in Amalfi for free time to explore and he found a grotto which we drove into with his skilled driving maneuvers in the afternoon. A must if you’re on the Amalfi coast to see it all by boat from the water. Also the towns get crazy busy in the height of summer so it was nice to come back to a private boat and avoid all the crowds.

Rafaela and Pasquali were the best they made the trip around the mouth is so pleasant and very accommodating
