**We pick up within 3 miles of city center One North Pack Square Asheville NC 28801.** If you are staying outside our pick up area we can meet at the Asheville Visitor Center 36 Montford Avenue Asheville NC 28801. (safe/free parking) PICK UP TIME WILL BETWEEN 8:00 - 8:20am as we have several to schedule on most days. We also pick up:Sweet Pea Hostel, Bon Paul & Sharkeys Hostel,. We also pick area Bed & Breakfast locations within 3 miles of city center. ,

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Keith was really knowledgeable , patience . The falls are so impressive , beautiful a wonderful of nature, I recommend wearing hiking shoes , the trails are so easy walking , but hiking shoes are more comfortable we love it !! We will come back soon 100% recommend

Our tour guide Keith was phenomenal! I enjoy taking tours because it takes less time then for me to plan. If I had to plan everything we saw it would be nearly impossible. Great low key hiking

Keith was a great tour guide! We loved that he kept us informed a day before the trip as well as the morning of. Pick up time was perfect and really liked that during the drive he had a headset/microphone so you could hear everything. He has a wealth of knowledge on so much history as well as fauna and flora. Great trip overall. We felt like we could have done a little more strenuous and longer hike. The drive to and from hiking felt long to us, but also recognize that it takes time to get to beautiful waterfalls.

Keith was an amazing guide, made us feel like he was apart of the family. Made sure we were safe and still having a blast at the same time. He was a very funny and down to earth guy no pun intended lol. Learned a lot from him and went to one of the waterfalls that was filmed in the hunger games! That was awesome.
