  • The electric bikes will take all of the hard work out of your ride. We routinely have riders that span the spectrum of age and fitness. The main requirement is that you be coordinated and fit enough to balance a 55-pound bike. A training and practice session is provided at the start of each tour. For people that would like to go on the tour but are not able to balance a bike, it is possible to arrange a ride on the back of one of our stretch cargo bikes that will be driven by another person in your party.
  • Legally, you must be 16 years or older to operate an electric bike. Guides reserve the right to request proof of age of any rider. Riders should also be at least 5 feet tall to operate their own bike. Guests younger than 16 may ride as a passenger with an adult in their group on the back of one of our cargo bikes or in a child seat (for children ages 1-6 or up to 48.5 pounds).
  • Tours are subject to favorable weather conditions. If there is light rain in the forecast but none at the start of the tour, we will decide together at the time of the tour whether to ride. We will provide rain ponchos and rain covers for the storage bags on the bikes to protect your belongings. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was a fantastic tour. My friends and I hadn't been on a regular bike for awhile, and never on an e-bike. We arrived early and the staff took extra time training us until we felt comfortable. The tour was interesting and informative with beautiful scenery I would highly recommend this tour!
A bit nervous but not for long!

My husband and I had never been on e-bikes before and I was just a bit nervous. Eli was our guide and his prep., sizing and instructions made me feel better right away. I could tell it was going to be a great tour and it was. He was personable, relatable and happy. He followed the safety factors to a “t”. We learned history and enjoyed the views. Highly recommend the professionalism of this company!

We really enjoyed our e-bike tour through Asheville. Our guide, Alex, made sure we were all safe and comfortable on our bikes. She shared the history of the area and even sang us a Nina Simone song. This tour is a great way to learn about Asheville while having a fun bike ride.

It was my first time on an E-bike but our host made sure were were comfortable prior to hitting the streets. The weather was great and the communication from the guides was loud and clear for the entire line of riders to hear. I felt safe and secure during the 3 hour event. Will be hitting this tour again next year!

We debated whether to take this tour or an EBike brewery tour and I’m so glad we chose this one! You simply see so much more of the city! Brian was our guide and he was fantastic! Super helpful and concise with orienting us to the E bike and getting us around a town that has a decent amount of traffic! I never felt unsafe and there are so many pretty parts of Asheville. There is simply no way to see all the sights of Asheville from a car nor is there an efficient way to walk to all the sights. E-bikes are the best way! And so. Much. Fun! If you’ve ever ridden an electric scooter, you’re set. My husband and I loved being outdoors on these bikes, but we didn’t feel like participants had to be in good physical shape since the bike will drive you without peddling. Coordination is really the key with these bikes. Highly recommend this tour of Asheville!

It was an awesome day for our family! It is rare that we can all get together so I want to do something totally different. I found this under the heading I googled for fun things to do near me. It sounded awesome the reviews were great so I booked six adults and one child. From the very get-go it was easy to fill out the forms on the Internet that were needed to be filled out before we went on our Electric bike tour of historical downtown Asheville. We all got their met Alex, Arturo guide and instantly felt comfortable. We had the best time of our lives. We felt safe on the bikes with the instructions that were given we learned a lot of new things about downtown Asheville and it’s history and it was so much fun riding the electrical bikes! I would definitely recommend to everybody to do this activity and tour. You won’t regret it. It was fantastic!!!!

Our tour guide was Laura, and she not only had a terrific attitude, but was extremely knowledgeable about the historic background of downtown Asheville! The Pedigo e-bikes were very nice and she took ample time to familiar those new to e-bikes with how to operate safely. Was definitely worth the price of admission for this very enjoyable tour!
