The whole experience was great. From the bus ride to the first winery all the way to the ride back to the drop location. The wineries were beautiful. Our guide/driver, Pam was awesome. Made the whole experience that much more memorable. I would highly recommend it.

Being together with family and friends and making new friend on the tour! Most importantly having a great safe and friendly bus driver and tour guide as Pam drive us however upon arriving and stopping at each place and prior to getting there .; she gave us anniveriview of what to expect and to enjoy!

Pam was so friendly and welcoming! The tour was beautiful, wines/vineyards excellent, timing perfect and Helen was an extra treat! I am in Atlanta alone and so was looking for something to do that I wouldn’t feel so awkward, and this was perfect. By the end of the day I felt like I had a whole bus load of new friends. I would highly recommend!

I booked this tour because I had college friends in town for the month and thought this would be a great idea. The week of the tour there was an unavoidable emergency that arose but the information on the booking stated that the tour was able to be rescheduled, just not refunded. We all called to reschedule for the following weekend or the weekend after, whichever was available, but were all told the tour could not be rescheduled. It CLEARLY stated that it could on the booking confirmation we all received. We all called the wine tour company directly as well as Viator, which we used to book, and were told over and over we could not reschedule. So, now that my friends have both left town, we are all out our money paid for this tour because they would not honor what they printed. Highly disappointed and I definitely won’t be recommending this particular tour to anyone.

This was my first wine tour!! It was a great experience. First off Pam our tour guide/driver was the absolute best!! Great customer service! We were lucky to also have a great group of people with us!! The vineyards we visit were absolutely the best!! Vibes were great customer service and wines were great!! Best time ever!! Highly recommend this tour!! If your looking for a great time thus us for you!!!

Pam was the best! She got us there and back safely. Pam gave us information about each winery and the town of Helen. Each winery had its own vibe. They were accommodating and knowledgeable. However, Helen GA was too hot and too many tourists for me.

Where do I even begin!? Pam was an absolute doll the whole time and the sweetest tour guide I have ever had. She really looks out for the people on her bus from the before the tour even started I received a phone call from here informing me of a cheap spot to park the car for the day. To when we got on the bus and she greeting us with her warm smiling face. The wineries were absolutely amazing as well and I will definitely be going back to Serenity Cellars for the desert wine. Wonderful experience, only qualm would be the AC in the bus just wasn’t kickin like it should’ve been and that’s no fault of Pam she had it on the lowest setting possible.

Pam was great; an excellent driver and lots of fun. We enjoyed the wineries and town of Helen. However, the bus was extremely warm and the loud rap music that was played on the bus, made the drive time uncomfortable.

We came to celebrate Catherine's 60th birthday. I flew from the UK to surprise her earlier in the week and had booked this aspart of a weekend away for her present. The scenery was breath taking the tastings were fun, and we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Pam was amazing, ensuring we we were all OK and well looked after. The bus on the return journey was extremely hot up to 91° even though the air conditioning was on. An estimated time schedule sent beforehand would have made the trip better as we would have been prepared with food to eat as I have dietary concerns. Overall an amazing trip which with a few ammendments would be even better.
