Kate was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the tour and you could see Kate’s passion for what she did shine through. She led us up Mont Saint-Michel a different and less crowded way which really enhanced the experience. We got to see things you may miss. Tour size was perfect and there is so much we would have missed if we didn’t take this tour! I highly recommend it!!!!!!!

Our guide Elisa was wonderful. A great driver, completely knowledgeable in all aspects of mont st michel. She took her time bringing us up to the top and explaining things along the way. At the end of the tour not only did she drive well along a different route home but then helped us with our future travels due to strikes in France! She was a true professional in every sense.

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, capable and kind. She included information about the entire region on our way there and back, in addition to sharing a wealth of knowledge about Mont Saint Michel itself. The pace was great and there was a nice balance between structured and free time. Wear very comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some serious wind!

Unreasonable not to render refund on mis-booking few hours prior to the tour departure despite honest booking error.

Thank you for your review. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but you were informed by the booking process that the pick-up would be in Bayeux at 8h30. There for we could not make a refund at the late notice that you gave to be picked up in Paris. Kind regards and enjoy your stay in France.

We had a wonderful tour with Eliza and 4 other guests. It was a beautiful drive through Normandy and fun getting to know our guide! Mont St Michel is amazing and worth climbing all the steps to get to the top for fantastic views. Eliza would pull us close and tell us the story of St Michel with much enthusiasm and knowledge. My husband dreamed of visiting this amazing place since he was a boy. His dream came true!

Elisa was very friendly and knowledgeable. Relaxed and enthusiastic. She was very well prepared with documents and photo as well as experience on how to avoid extremely long queues. We had a wonderful experience. The whole day was spent learning fascinating details about the Mont Saint Michel, the history of the island and the whole region. We learned many details we would never have discovered on our own. All in all a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Our tour was wonderful! Not having to drive or figure out any of the details made the trip much more enjoyable. We were based from Bayeux and did not have a car so a tour worked very well for us. Marie was lovely and very knowledgeable about many things. We would recommend highly!

Incredible to see in person. Amazing to see the changing tides. Abby was worth the visit and the stain glass windows in the small church were beautiful. Lots of places to eat and shop. We had a very knowledgeable guide thank you!!

Elisa was a FANTASTIC tour guide and GBE was a great tour company. The trip to and from Mont Saint Michelle was smooth and perfect, and Elisa's knowledge about Mont Saint Michelle added great depth to the tour. We got very lucky with our guide. Even the high 90-degree heat couldn't dampen the experience.

Our guide was most accommodating, considerate and informative. She picked us up at the Bayeux train station in her Mercedes van. Most comfortable drive through beautiful country to Mont Saint Michel. She guided us up the mountain and afforded us stops for rest and photographs. As she led us through the abbey, she constantly directed our attention to details with information to it’s history and relevance. We enjoyed the trip and recommend it to others.
