Always confirm the pickup spot the day before!

The driver either forgot us or we were not put on the list. The staff was apologetic at least. Hopefully we get a refund.
Best Tour I've ever been on.

Our guide was so knowledgeable, and friendly, and he made tour fun and interactive by asking us questions. I'm looking forward to doing another tour with this group!
D-Day Liberation

Our guide, Francois was fantastic! Not only did he bring passion and enthusiasm to the your, but he told us the story from the French point of view. We really appreciated the personal stories he shared that he learned from his grandparents who survived the Nazi occupation.
Must see!
Michael_L, Dec 2022
Walking on sacred ground is how I would describe visiting Normandy. It was so surreal and humbling to see what folks sacrificed. Our tour guide Mariol was splendid and gave us a fantastic tour!
Delightful morning in Normandy
Mariellen_M, Nov 2022
Our tour guide, Adrien, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had stories, information and pictures from history about every place we visited. He made the tour very enjoyable! Pick up was right on time in Bayeux. We would highly recommend!

Fantastic tour. Highly recommend it. We did the morning tour. I think there is more time allocated to each destination in the afternoon tour.
Tour Guide NO SHOW
Ann_G, Oct 2022
We had confirmation of our tickets with codes. No one came to pick us up. When we called they said oh we were full. Are you kiding me. We came all this way for USA to see Omhah and you are a no showm and to make things even worst you harge us, and sent me several emails to give you a review. Well here is your review. NEVER BOOK WITH Normandy Tours sub contracted by Viator. I have always booked with Viator because they are refered by American Express. Never again. Using They show up.
An experience every American should have
Stephanie_A, Oct 2022
Our guide was super knowledgeable and very polite. Although short on time, my husband and I happened upon a ceremony taking place at the American cemetery for a veteran and our guide patiently waited for us as we took it all in. Awe inspiring and humbling, sites that every American should experience!
The perfect morning, even with the rain
Kate_N, Oct 2022
Francois was a perfect tour guide. We loved taking the 1/2 day tour in the morning. It was perfect for our group.
A brief history of Normandy
Vicki_H, Sep 2022
Pointe du Hoc, which we were not familiar with. American cemetery, that was as expected but more impactful than we would have guessed.
They never showed up.
Scott_R, Sep 2022
The tour operator completely screwed this up. They apparently did not enter us into the computer. We waited 45 minutes before we left. They were kind enough to offer a refund, and reimbursement for any additional expenses as a result of their negligence. We actually enjoyed doing it alone.
Incredible guide; wished we took the full day tour
DavidJ_C, Aug 2022
Our tour guide was incredible. She provided a very knowledgeable and professional breakdown of the history of the areas that we viewed. The tour time ran 3 hours which was 1/2 hour more than scheduled. Most of this extra time was taken because our group had a lot of great questions. Our guide did not care that we took that extra time. Her knowledge an enthusiasm made the day.
Teaching our kids that freedom comes with sacrifice
Juan_M, Aug 2022
This was a wonderful and informative trip. Nothing like being in Normandy to give you a sense of the scale and scope of June 6, 1944.
Great Experience
Gayle_R, Aug 2022
The cemetery and the beach were awesome. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much. Great experience. Tour needed to be slightly longer so we wouldn't feel rushed.
Trip back in time
Margo_M, Aug 2022
Our tour guide, Sly, was so knowledgeable and was a terrific story teller. He really painted a picture of the WWII history, detailed, interesting and reverent. This tour was very well done.
Short trip but a full experience
