Our guide, Francois was fantastic! Not only did he bring passion and enthusiasm to the your, but he told us the story from the French point of view. We really appreciated the personal stories he shared that he learned from his grandparents who survived the Nazi occupation.

We had confirmation of our tickets with codes. No one came to pick us up. When we called they said oh we were full. Are you kiding me. We came all this way for USA to see Omhah and you are a no showm and to make things even worst you harge us, and sent me several emails to give you a review. Well here is your review. NEVER BOOK WITH Normandy Tours sub contracted by Viator. I have always booked with Viator because they are refered by American Express. Never again. Using Getyourgide.com They show up.

Our guide was super knowledgeable and very polite. Although short on time, my husband and I happened upon a ceremony taking place at the American cemetery for a veteran and our guide patiently waited for us as we took it all in. The tour operator completely screwed this up. They apparently did not enter us into the computer. We waited 45 minutes before we left. They were kind enough to offer a refund, and reimbursement for any additional expenses as a result of their negligence. We actually enjoyed doing it alone.

Incredible guide; wished we took the full day tour

Our tour guide was incredible. She provided a very knowledgeable and professional breakdown of the history of the areas that we viewed. The tour time ran 3 hours which was 1/2 hour more than scheduled. Most of this extra time was taken because our group had a lot of great questions. Our guide did not care that we took that extra time. Her knowledge an enthusiasm made the day.
