Amazing client service!

Highly recommend Bayeux Shuttle service. Our guide Camille was fantastic!! She gave us a lot of into about the Abby and was a pleasure to talk to. She also went out of her way to assist us with information for a tour of the Airborne Museum the next day. Can’t thank you enough Camille!!

Mont Saint Michele

We would have liked an American speaking driver. Our driver was French speaking, and he was very kind and friendly but he wanted to communicate what we were seeing but was unable to because of language. I think you should match driver with language of your guests in the future.

Mont St Michel review

I enjoyed seeing Mt St Michel. However, visiting in August is difficult because of the crowd. The abbey was beautiful. But be prepared for many many many stairs. I am 71 and took it very slowly but managed! Not as many tourists go up to the abbey. Many stay in the village, where it was extremely crowded. Our tour guide, Marie, was totally amazing. I had the pleasure of having her as my guide for 2 different tours. She is animated, extremely knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. She made the trip worthwhile. Merci beaucoup Marie!!!

Comfortable way to go see Mont St. Michel

Our guide Pierre was very knowledgeable about Mont St. Michel, and Normandy in general. Also very friendly and nice. He gave us tips for where & what to eat, and things to look for in the Abbey. Would highly recommend. Tip: go online before your visit and rent audio guides. They ran out early.

Maximum convenience and flexibility for those without own cars

Pierre Alexandre was a terrific guide and knowledgeable about the history of Mont Saint-Michel. Didn't regret not having a guide at the abbey itself. The package allows you to be free from having to deal with parking at Mont Saint-Michel but gives you the flexibility to explore the abbey and the town at your own speed.

Great Excursion

Our tour guide Camille was great very patient and informative with everyone in the group. The time to visit the site is okay, my only complaint is the traveling time from and back to Bayeux in the minivan( around 3 hours). Everything else was well planned.

The fact that I made it...

The fact that I made it to the top was probably the most memorable experience in addition to the beautiful, breathtaking views. Fred/Frederico was an amazing guide and driver, I could honestly say he is the best guide I have ever had the pleasure to tour with. His passion for the site, and his encouragement and patience with me helped me make it to the top when I wasn't sure if I would be able to. He went above and beyond to make sure all of us had an enjoyable tour and we scored a bonus with him being our driver and having the ability to also have him as a guide. I highly recommend him as a tour guide to anyone considering doing this trip.

As we expressed to him upon departure, our guide Matt was as interesting as the attraction itself. We genuinely enjoyed his informative, engaging, and entertaining commentary along our drive to Mt. St. Michel. We learned a great deal about Norman history, geography and culture, and developed a greater appreciation of the nuances and charms thereof, inclusive of the Mont itself, the events of D-Day, and the more mundane aspects of everyday life here. Overall, it was by far one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to France. Would and will recommend any of Matt's tours to anyone anytime. Thank you for the great experience!

What a beautiful and unique place! Could have spent more time there! The walk up was not that bad. We used the audio guide and I felt rushed. If you want to learn as you walk use the audio guide-only 3E.

I thought this was really just a ride to Mont Saint Michel and back from Bayeux, but Chloe our driver made it so much more than that. She was very informative about the history of Mont Saint Michel and the area. Once we got there she made sure we got on the shuttle okay and that we understood where to get off at as well.
