Emmanuel was an incredible guide with great knowledge of wine and the area. So thankful for his time in accommodating us and showing us some extra stops we could go on our own. He even made us dinner reservations and took great care of our entire time in Beaune.

This was a very enjoyable tour, Emmanuel our guide was full of information about the region, especially where the tour was mainly focused on the Northern Burgundy region of Nuits St Georges. Limit your lunch to one meal, no starter required if you order a main meal but be sure to get into the very affordable Pinot Noir.

We booked this tour as part of a long weekend trip to Burgundy. This was easily a highlight of the weekend. Our your guide, Emmanuel, was excellent. He helped to book a nice outdoor lunch for the group on a terrace and improvised to allow us to have additional wine tastings. He provided a lot of information and spread the information sharing out throughout the day. Additionally, he provided tips to our group and generally was a very friendly and personable tour guide. We would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Burgundy!

Emanual, our guide, driver and expert, "all things wine", was excellent! His English is fantastic and he was so knowledgeable about the wine business and vineyards. He was kind and respectful to all 8 of us on the tour. His lunch suggestion was one of my favorite meals in France. Emanual was kind enough to book us dinner reservations for the next evening. Emmanuel was the most amazing tour guide. I can’t say enough about his depth of knowledge of the region right down to the plot. He offered great service as well advising us of the best shops and restaurants even helping us with reservations. Top notch. Highly recommend if you are serious about your wine.

We had a memorable day with Emmanuel. He educated us on the intricacies of Burgundy wine and we learned an extraordinary amount. We tasted wines, had a lovely lunch at a local bistro, toured the vineyards and had the opportunity to purchase wine with Emmanuel’s valuable suggestions. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Our tour guide, Emmanuel, was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the area, the vineyards, the wines and winemakers, and answered all of our questions. He thoroughly explained the complex appellation process. He had a good sense of humor and was most accommodating to our requested minor deviations from the planned itinerary. The tour was fun, informative, and absolutely worthwhile. I would highly recommend this tour and this tour guide.

Emmanuel was the perfect guide! For a first trip to Beaune, this could not have been better! Would recommend to anyone, as he easily adapted between the different knowledge levels of the group. We got a great mix of large and small vineyards, history and craftsmanship and with some great vines included in the tastings. Emmanuel’s knowledge of the wine and wine making seemed endless. We would be more than happy to have him take us around again!

Immanuel, our guide, was absolutely the best. We met him in the morning and he took us to multiple wine tasting and producing locations, explained everything along the way in perfect English. I am generally not one for tours when I visit somewhere. But I can tell you that this tour was great! Emmanuel was a fantastic tour guide! He has worked in the wine industry in Burgundy for 40 years and knew exactly where to go and what to see. Yes, we hit the big spots that everyone knows about but the real value in having Emmanuel is his connections and insight into the smaller producers and locations you'd never find on your own. I didn't feel like I was on a tour... I felt like I was just visiting Burgundy with an old friend. He's knowledgeable, funny, and a joy to hang out with all day. I actually did two tours with Emmanuel. One day was with another couple and the second day was just me by myself. I really do feel like Emmanuel was a key part in me enjoying this trip as much as I did. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide in Burgundy. It really is the best way to see things you would never be able to see on your own. Until we meet again Emmanuel!

Memorable and good value wine tour

We had a terrific and worthwhile tour with Ava. She was extremely knowledgeable and engaging and taught us so much about the scientific process involved. She explained how the process has been handed down through the generations. We became aware how of complex the process is. We were amazed at how 2 vines 500 metres apart, can produce different tastes. We valued being part of a small personalised tour. Can highly recommend.

We really had a great time during this wine day tour in Burgundy. Our guide, Alexia, was really nice and professional. We visit the Côte de Nuits through the villages of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée and Gevrey-Chambertin. We had two different tours in wine cellars in Nuits-Saint-Georges and two wine tastings.
