    Due to the extremely cold winter weather conditions in Berlin, the public tour meeting point will be inside the first bar instead of outside the Warschauer U-bahn (train) station. This meeting point change takes place annually starting November 1st until March 1st the following year.

You are never too old to learn more about beer! Cliff was a terrific personable guide with loads of information and knowledge about beer and the process of making it. We started with an amazing pizza treat and lots of the golden liquid at interesting stops Had a wonderful time! Highly recommended.

If you only have time for one tour while you are in Berlin, let it be this one! My friend and I (who are not avid beer drinkers) booked this tour on a whim and we were so glad we did! Cliff was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of beer brewing and the development of the craft beer industry in Berlin. He also helped us to understand why Berlin is such a unique and special city--and how beer played a special role in making Berlin what it is today. Additionally, Cliff offered amazing recommendations for restaurants and nightlife in the city. He went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had an amazing time while we were in Berlin. This tour was worth every penny!

A very informative and enjoyable tour! Our guide gave us a great overview of the history of beer in Berlin, suggested pairings for different beers. He talked about the future of the industry. We also got suggestions for other spots to visit while in Berlin. The pizza was very good. I would recommend this tour.

Awesome 'tour'! I hesitate to call it that to manage expectations, because it's not just about places or things to drink. The host Clifton was great, kept things light but very informative. While the tour included some 'go here and try this', the host also dives into the history of beer, how it's made, and how different styles come to be. As an aside, I ran late to the start and he kept in contact until I could catch up, which was great. Ended up being grouped with a great bunch of guys from the UK as well as a couple from the US and a family from Australia. We all hung out after the tour officially ended and I think everyone had a really good time. Would highly recommend if you're in Berlin and have an afternoon to kill.

We had a great time on the beer tour. Eduardo did a great job teaching us about the history and making of beer, and finding great locales where we could try beer. He also did a nice job of transforming the tour into a nice group experience—everyone was friendly. It was a definite highlight of our trip and I would strongly recommend it.

Cliff is an awesome tour guide. Very knowledgable, humourous, and made the tour very enjoyable and fun. Definitely recommend. A bit of a shame that some of the beer we wanted to try was sold out, but I still greatly enjoyed all the alternative, and it didn't affect the quality of the tour at all.

Great way to spend an afternoon. The three stops and 5 tastings we're great. The guide was truly an expert on beer, history, and the area. Be warned, this is not a pub crawl and the guide goes over a lot of information during the tour. But there is no quiz at the end, just a great pint 🍻

No one wants a school evening. Not allowed to talk or have fun. He talked nonstop and got angry if we tried to talk to each other. Too much like school and not fun until the end when he left and the 10 of us stayed. It was a huge disappointment. He needs to learn he can enlighten us about craft beer and allow us to enjoy our evening. 3.5 hours of nonstop seriousness.

However, I would ask for a little empathy, considering the tour was at maximum capacity, and that we have reservation deadlines with the small venues we visit due to indoor corona capacity restrictions. I take pride in my work, and so I will gladly refund your ticket if you honestly felt I let you and your friend down.

I was expecting to kill a couple hours drinking beer and seeing some of the city. This tour far exceed my expectations. As an American, I take craft beer for granted. This tour made me appreciate the dedication and passion it takes to brew craft beer. I also learned the history of beer and why I like and dislike certain kinds. The 3.5 hours ran long and I was sad when the tour ended. I now have beer knowledge and new friends. The group was diverse yet familiar. We laughed we enjoyed being a beer family. Cliff brings incredible knowledge, passionate and enthusiasm to the tour. He has built relationships with the brewers and they, too, are happy to share their “art” with you. I look forward to coming back to Berlin and will book this tour again. I wish Cliff much success in this great endeavor and hope he will make room for me when I visit again.
