The navy speed boat was so much fun and such a great part of the experience. The snorkeling spot was great! We got to see lots of different fish and it didn’t feel too crowded. The two guides were very knowledgeable when giving the coastline tour on the way back and about the different kinds of sea life. We chose this tour since we were able to make a same day reservation, the size of the tour was smaller, and you get to go out on a speedboat. Highly recommend this tour!

Absolute great tour!!! It was like swimming in an Aquarium and seeing underwater Heaven. Also saw numerous historical places and points of interest. Our boat Captain Dennis was fantastic and filled us with great stories and information. Request a tour with him and you can’t lose. We would/will absolutely do this again…

This was an amazing experience. The captains, Dennis and Eric, were fantastic and made the experience. There were so many fish in the reef and it never felt super crowded. The other historical tidbits were awesome. For two guys from New Jersey they certainly knew their stuff.

A absolutely stunning ride amazing crew, beautiful location money well spent! The ride to the reefs to snorkel was just stunning with spinner dolphins swimming near by! The sea caves are so cool! Great to get a different perspective of the island from the water! Stunning!

My husband and I had a blast! The captains of the boat were more than accommodating and made the excursion fun, especially the playlist for the boat ride. The Captain Cook / Kealakekua Bay was beautiful, we saw a variety of fish, octopuses and an eel.

What a fabulous adventure! Dennis and we’re awesome. Super patient and helpful getting me in the water too, as I was a bit hesitant. Great, fun boat ride out to the bay too. We saw dolphins, beautiful fish and amazing caves. Highly recommend these guys for your snorkel adventure!

An awesome experience for all of us when we took this ride !! . Eric and Dennis were fabulous guides who really helped us overcome our fears being non swimmers into the water ! . The music , the speed boat action and the scenery we saw under the ocean was all so worth it !! Highly recommended this one in Big Island as a must do !!!!

The captain was very knowledgeable and the boat ride on the speedboat was a thrill. We had a lot of fun on this snorkeling tour. The experience was very smooth, and we actually preferred snorkeling here rather than in Hanauma Bay on Oahu, commonly known as the best snorkeling spot in Hawaii. You're far enough from the coral to swim comfortably, and the amount and diversity of the fish is incredible. We even saw an octopus! Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any dolphins, but we did see a huge marlin leap out of the water a couple times, which is apparently even rarer. Great tour overall.

Rough experience

We almost ran into rocks and I think they usually do that every time where they drive in between the rocks but we legit almost ran into some rocks. This excursion was almost canceled not because of us but because the boat capacity and we almost lost the money we spent for this excursion. Not a good experience.
