This fun and interesting tour was the highlight of our Bologna visit. Our group of 9 friends learned a lot about the making of parmegian cheese, balsamic vinegar and Prociutto. We had a very personable and funny tour guide, Arianna, who enthusiastically explained the food making processes with a lot of wit and passion. The tour drove us outside of Bologna and through the beautiful Modena countryside. It ended with a fun, delicious, multi-course afternoon meal overlooking the beautiful countryside. This was a fun and memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a fabulous time on the tour. My 2 teens loved it and were so happy we went. All of the tastings plus lunch were phenomenal. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. We felt like family. Truly a wonderful day all around.

Best food tour ever - and we have been on a few over the years! Great guide and producers with lots of knowledge of the products- fantastic food based on slow food philosophy. Do not eat before you commence the tour - you will be full for the next 2 days! The lunch and tastings were absolutely brilliant - along with a very entertaining host/s.

The tour guide made the experience personal and fun. We loved the small group, everyone was able to see and hear about the foods. The food was beautifully presented and there was plenty!!! The wine flowed freely and was delicious. Every detail was taken care of. The driver even grabbed me a chair and cleaned it off so I could sit in the shade after lunch! He didn’t speak English but had a very enthusiastic “wow”! I would highly recommend the experience!!

This tour was on my husband's wishlist of things he's always wanted to do - see how parmegiano reggiano is made, prosciutto is cured - and this tour DELIVERED. Alessandro our guide and Roberta our driver were amazing - they walked us through every aspect of the day with warmth and hospitality. We visited a Parmegiano Reggiano producer, a special Acetaia (balsamic vinegar) producer, and a Prosciutto producer, before heading to the most incredible lunch with multiple courses of delicious pasta, salad, wine, and of course, dessert. E incredibile!

Did the tour today. UNBELIEVABLE! Roberta picked us on time and we met Alessandro on the way. First stop seeing Parmaggan Reggiano Cheese being made. Next was Balsamic Vinegar tasting at 6th generation family operation . Finally off to prosciutto factory for tour and the process involved for aging . This was topped off by a fulllunch with 4 kinds of prosciutto, 3 home made pasta and 3 wines. Been on a lot of tours but this was the best. Worth the money and yiu won’t regret it.

One of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Our family with three children aged 10, 8 and 6 also enjoyed the tour and food sampling.
