The tour and cooking experience in Bologna has been one of my highlights during our holiday in Italy. Antonio was fantastic; was more than just a food tour, they were so informative about the city. Afterwards the cooking experience I enjoyed so much. We got to eat our creations with a lovely bottle of wine. Even dessert too!

Another great tour in Italy! Our guide Michol, a former teacher, loves her city and was proud to share her knowledge with us. We walked around the city center for a couple of hours with Michol showing us many out-of-the-way points of interest.
We then went to a beautiful apartment where we met a lovely woman named Lucia who opened her home to us. We sat at her kitchen table and learned to make tortellini the old fashioned way. Michol translated for us and we felt right at home.
We then stopped at a great lunch spot where we had a delicious pasta meal. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a true
Italian food experience.

My girlfrend and I enjoyed a lovely morning touring round Bologna's foodie sites with our knowledgeable guide Micol. Learning how to make homemade tortollini after was the highlight, a very unique experience.

Our guide, Nicol was so nice and informative. I highly recommend this tour if you are looking to learn about Bologna's history and a bit of the history of the food culture. I am also giving four stars because I really thought I would be learning how to make pasta, or at least watching the process. But we really, really loved Nicol and her mother, and it was really awesome to be in the kitchen with an Italian mother and daughter we were a mother and daughter, too and connect over our similarities despite speaking different languages.

Got a great walking tour around Bologna for a little while before heading to the home of a local to learn how to roll tortellini. Then walked across the street to a restaurant to try tortellini in broth--it was fabulous. We had a great time and the guide was fantastic.
However, this is not a cooking class and all you do as far as cooking goes is 20 minutes folding pasta. Not exactly what we were looking for which is why I gave it 4 stars. But, if you are looking for just a taste of the local culture, this was fantastic.
