Boulder Tour Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these minimum requirements. Furthermore, Boulder Tour Company reserves the right, at their discretion, to ask customers to step on a scale to confirm their weight before allowing them the use of a Boulder Tour Company ebike. A ride evaluation with each rider will be performed by the tour guide prior to the start of the tour to determine each rider's participation eligibility.
Riders must be at least 5'2" tall in order to sit safely on the bike's saddle and touch the ground with their feet
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

My husband and I took this tour on our first full day in Boulder to get the lay of the land since this was our first trip to the area. The tour was fun and our guide was very knowledgeable. We covered quite a bit of ground in the 2+ hour tour. It was a great intro to the area and the ebikes were lots of fun. I highly recommend this tour!
