Great way to see all these sights

This trip was a great way of seeing all these places in a day without having your own car. The bear sanctuary was a very moving experience and we were able to see lots of the rescued bears and learn about their pasts and how they are cared for now. Bran castle was self guided but there was lots of information in English. I also really enjoyed the ride in the tractor land train up to the fortress. Out guide was friendly, spoke great English and gave us lots of tips about Brasov!

Bears were beautiful and the guide gave us a lot of info on how they were cared for. We received plenty of time at Rasnov Fortress but it would have been better to be given extra time at Bran Castle as there was more to see and read about.

5 stars for the LiBEARty bear sanctuary and Bran Castle/Dracula's Castle. 3 stars for Rasnov Fotress, because we couldn't actually go inside, as it was being renovated, but there was a fun funicular railway up the hillside to get there. Visiting the bear sanctuary was a beautiful, moving, bittersweet experience. You're guaranteed to see the bears as the guided tours for visitors are scheduled to coincide with the bear's feeding time, when they come out of the deep forest for the food that is thrown over the fence for them. Our driver Catalin was great, as was the bear sanctuary guide who took us on a guided tour of the site.

Great trip to the Bear sanctuary. Unfortunately Rasnov Fortress was under renovation. I wish we had learned about that earlier. Bran castle visit was great. Old and exceedingly well maintained castle. If you are a history buff it’s great following up on the lives and times of the rulers and their impact on Romanian life.

Nice driver but not a tour guide

The car was really comfortable and clean and Catalin was very nice. We also enjoyed all of the attractions we went to. However, we were led to believe that we would have a guide taking us round all of the attractions and explaining the history. What we actually had was a personal driver for the day and we instead had to walk around the attractions by ourselves. For the price that we paid we had expected a tour guide not just a driver.

At the bear sanctuary you have a special guide who enters with the group until the end. At Bran Castle all tourists enter alone because all the information is in English and they can buy an audio guide for 2 extra euros. Catalin tried to bring you all the necessary information and answered all your questions. We are sorry that you were not fully satisfied with our services.

Amazing experience. 100% would recommend if in Brasov. The driver is very helpful and friendly and we managed to cover a lot of space in a very short time. Only tip is to book bear sanctuary tickets on day before. The trip organiser were very proactive and helpful in calling us the night before to explain this to us.

We made the mistake of taking a 4yr old child that wasn’t able to go in to the sanctuary, so he stayed outside with Dad. It makes sense, the bears are rescued and nervous. The rest of the trip was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed Bran castle, and whilst Râşnov fortress is just ruins, the view was beautiful. Our driver was friendly and helpful.

Our tour was private, with a driver that spoke perfect English. He picked us up in a brand new van that made the trip very comfortable. The first stop was the bear sanctuary and it was amazing. The passion of the people running the sanctuary is heartfelt and you leave knowing that your support makes a difference. We then went to Bran Castle which is more like Disneyland than a Romanian tourist attraction. It was still nice to see and the market around the square sold great food and interesting crafts. The next stop was Rasnov fortress. It was majestic and much less crowded. Our driver told us exactly where to go and what to do. we would have been lost without him! We then had lunch at a local spot suggested by our driver. It was perfect. All in all, it was a wonderful day.

Catalin è stato un ottimo accompagnatore, ci ha portato nei luoghi di interesse, spiegandoci annediti e storie della zona. Il santuario degli orsi è veramente bello e ne vale molto la pena. In generale consiglio di prenotare questa guida se si vuole fare un percorso organizzato dato che questi tre posti d'interesse non sono facilmente raggiungibili in autonomia. Ringrazio nuovamente la disponibilità di Catalin e spero che altri viaggiatori passino una bella giornata come l'ho passata io. Stra consigliato.
