Hello, first of all I am very sorry for your experience, we take reviews like this very serious and we try to fix our mistakes so that they don’t come up a second time. Yes, we tried contacting you in total of 6 times on phone, email and messages, the day before the tour the last call being at 8pm to confirm the booking, pickup time and location and there was no answer. We do this as some of the customers make mistakes in there reservation or we’ve also encountered issues where the platfrom didn’t allow customers to put in their actual adress. What was considered to be hostile was simply Claudiu trying to figure out what the issue was if it was a error on our side or on yours, a simple question if wetter you received our calls or not was escalated and considered hostile. The reviews recived so far can confirm we are professional the very reason you booked the tour with us in the first place but yes mistakes can happen and I apologize if you felt harassed please know it was not Claudiu’s intent.
When you have a larger group of people (6 on that day) we wait for all of the customers to gather before starting the presentation. Customers that are interested will come closer to the guide others that are more interested in taking pictures are free to do so like the 2 italian customers which where more interested in taking pictures, both of them having professional cameras and lenses. We always try our best and try to create the best experience for our customers this being reflected in our reviews so far. This would be the first ever 1 star review! It is very possible that Claudiu made mistakes on that day but as the owner I am also looking at his ratings overall with the company his lowest one so far was a 4 star.
