Very organised trip and in one day you manage to visit two places which might be impossible to do using public transport. Very knowledgable guides; meeting point easy to find; comfortable coach; walking at a normal pace, no rushing, which also makes it possible for not-so-fit people! The only thing I would recommend is that you take a pair of headphones with you otherwise you have to buy them for EUR1. We liked more Bruges than Ghent, however they are 2 popular places travellers often visit when in Brussels.

I wasn’t sure what this your would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bus was nice and comfortable, and our guide Bruno did an excellent job of giving us pertinent details and also allowing for free time exploring. If you’re on the fence, I would recommend this emphatically. Yes, it’s very “touristy” but you can’t see two gems of Belgium any better especially for the price.

Great trip. Bruno our tour guide was exceptional, he was full of information. Bruges is a beautiful, picturesque city. We had some free time so we were able to take a horse carriage ride around the city. We also stopped off in Ghent in the afternoon, and were able to get into some of the buildings to see the architecture, stained glass windows etc. once again Bruno was full of interesting information. Bruno made our trip with all his knowledge and excellent language skills. Comfortable walking shoes is a must due to cobbled streets and amount of steps. You don't need to be really active to do this tour as the tour guide stops to give out information regarding the sights, so we got a breather now and again. This tour is certainly worth the money. I would highly recommend.

This is suitable for people who wants to discover Brugge and Ghent for a day. I really enjoyed the free time given every after walking tour. I was able to walk around and enjoy the place even just for an hour. Bruno and his team was very approachable, knowledgeable, organized and time bounded. Overall it was a nice tour. Lots of walking. All entries to museums and churches are not included and you only get about one hour and a half of free time in each place to explore on your own so keep that in mind. Both cities were equally beautiful, the food and shopping was great also.
