Emma the tour guide was very knowledgeable and presented lots of interesting information on the tour. Everything ran on time. Bruges is a beautiful location and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Poor communication

Bruges is beautiful but you don’t need a whole day there. The 3 star rating is for the tour company. Apparently, we went with the wrong tour bus because it was unclear at the start of the day which tour group we were supposed to be with. The communication was minimal at best. Then, half way through the day in Bruges we were told we were on the wrong tour and that WE needed to find our correct tour guide….which would have been impossible at that point. SO we took the train back to Brussels. Our tour guide (Fabio) was unapologetic even though it was his job to make sure he had all the correct passengers on his tour at the start of the day. Poorly run overall.

A memorable trip to Bruges

We spent a lovely day in Bruges . The guide was warm , friendly and patient . The bus ride was very comfortable . Bruges is beautiful and you could sense the history . It suited us having the hour and half walking tour which helped us get our bearings so we could then enjoy 4 hours to wander and enjoy a good meal and visit the many wonderful chocolatiers, before returning to the bus to be back in Brussels in time for dinner .

They Asked for extra money on the tour

We deeply regret your bad experience with the Tour, but but as you can see on the website, Bruges has a new regulation for the management of tourist visits, therefore, on certain occasions, the company must provide the service using radios with headphones. And you can see from the description that due to the pollution of using disposable helmets, customers are asked to use their own to avoid the problem and help the environment. For customers who do not have their own headphones, the company offers disposable headphones for just 1€. Anyway We will take note of his thoughts and try to correct him. Best regards.

Terrible guide. It was clear the attendees on the tour with the Spanish speaking guide were given a much more detailed tour and much more clear instructions. It seemed our guide was just dazed and confused and essentially knew nothing on the tour or the locations she was guiding us to. A basic google search would have been more accurate and detailed.

our lithuanian tour guide was awful. she was so rude, condescending and over generalized populations of people in a very judgemental way. i wanted to leave the walking tour portion on several occasions but did not as we were a small group and it would go noticed. i felt i would have enjoyed bruges if i took the train there and back myself. also the sharing of the bus and tour guide with a spanish speaking group was less than ideal

Our tour guide Bruno was very informative and did really good in handling our little group. We had no problem with pick-up and waiting time as all followed the instructions well. Bruges is a small town that transport you to the medieval times so I definitely recommend this tour if you want a similar experience. Lots of free museums to go to as well. Loved the churches.
