My family of 4 was squashed into a beaten up dirty, standard sized car. We travelled for 3 hours with an erratic driver who was continually texting on phone. I was worried for our safety the entire trip. I will never book a single thing through Viator ever again

The worst transportation I have ever had

I haven't seen my girlfriend in 6 months and we both planned a romantic 4 days. It was great until time to leave. The driver was over 30 minutes late and when he saw my girlfriend looked up and down stareing at her like a piece of meat at the meat market. He hit other to give him her phone number. I heard her say No, I am with him can't you see that. At at restroom stop he stared at her walking away and coming back. He was rude and impolite to me and I wonder how many other times he treats his client passengers like his personal meat market. After our final destination he stood outside stareing inside the hotel lobby for over 30 minutes. He was insane

Crazy are you, we serve you with all care and safety. Your imagination is from a Mexican soap opera! Our drivers are professional and qualified, only in your crazy head would you think that a driver of ours would do this. According to the driver, you were nervous because our driver couldn't find the address and that's why he was late, but he didn't find it because you didn't give the correct address and didn't answer our calls to resolve. Liar and sick!

Efficient service with door to door pickup and a nice rest stop along the way. Safe driver who got us there in 3 hours despite poor weather and traffic. We also used this service for Rio Airport to Buzios. Highly recommended. Cars in good condition with lots of space for bags for 2 people.
