The eco farm tour was interesting and informative, the camel ride was breathtakingly beautiful, the ATV ride was exhilarating, but nothing compares to the customer service. They were energetic, friendly, and so nice to us during our time there. Would definitely recommend this company for your excursions

Let me first say the driver to and from, and the camel tour guide were great. The problem is I became very sick on the way. The driver noticed and suggested I get some water. At check in I paid $120 for the ATV insurance fees. Before the camel ride I became literally sick in the bathroom (I had a table side Caesar salad made with a raw egg yolk the night before. FYI- Mexico does not pasteurize dairy). I still rode the camel for the experience, which was great. After taking photos with the camel, I started getting worse. The tour guide offered me water and a paramedic. I sat in the shade, the staff suggested electrolytes and a paramedic, again. I declined and offered to stay in the shade and let my husband continue. I was getting worse and staff person said we found room in a van leaving and can take me and my husband back to our hotel. Fantastic! I called the next day to inquire about the photos and the insurance fee. I paid for the camel ride, ATV and buffet for two, and although we did not go on the ATVs or eat, I had no issue with the loss of the cost. HOWEVER, I requested a refund of the $120 for the ATV insurance-that we did not ride- and was refused. The reason they gave was a LIE and simply ridiculous. I was told that “after thorough review, it was determined you never requested to cancel.” “Our records reflect you completed the tour..”- a picture is taken of you every 2 minutes so that is concerning that they say they have “record” of me “completing” the tour. Impossible and insulting since they offered me a paramedic and early ride back, which I accepted. They also responded with “Additionally, if you were sick, provide paperwork.” WHAT??!! I was in obvious distress and I’m grateful for the on-site staff’s concern, but how they handled this is wrong. I will not purchase another tour from them nor do I recommend.

They don’t tell you that you can only purchase your individual pictures for $60. The pictures will go directly to your phone which is great, but if you ride the camel with someone else rather it is with your spouse or a friend each of you have to pay $60 to be able to get the pictures. Then they allowed us to get all the way there to wait until it was time for ATV riding to tell us that due to the rain from the night before the trail was ruined & we could not ATV’s. Just the overall experience gave money hungry trying to get a dollar for whatever they could literally.

Due to rain we were not able to have our atv ride. The camel ride and interaction was amazing, however when it came to the pictures. It was not told to my group up front that every person pictured with you had to purchase the photos in order to get them. I came with a group of 10. All of which did not want to purchase the photos, so I was unable to purchase my pictures which was disappointing. The food was amazing. Over all the experience started off well but ended terribly.

The experience was remarkable. I can't say enough about Chris our ATV guide and tequila educator!! He was so much fun!! The camel guide Diana was fabulous and it was her first day alone as a guide. She explained "camel life" and I enjoyed it very much. The food was delicious which I was surprised at. The tequila was extra fun as well. Glad we had a designated shuttle driver for the way home!! Highly recommend!

A PAIR OF FRADULENT GREEDY COMPANIES. I booked this experience assuming the price listed would have everything included, there was no “what’s not included” section so I didn’t have any worry at first. The day before the experience, I received an email saying that the entry fee and insurance is not included and would cost another $60 total. I was not OK with this, and it was under the 24 hours at this point, but I wanted to cancel and given that this pricing was NOT included or mentioned when I first booked the experience, I was hoping it would be a no problem for a refund. BOTH VIATOR AND CABO ADVENTURES REFUSED MY REFUND. even with the proof, and VIATOR admitting this was an error on their end, the refund would have to be left up to CABO ADVENTURES whose only excuse was “it’s under the 24 hr cancellation policy” when the extra cost WAS NOT CLEAR. I absolutely refuse to do any further business with these people, and will make sure to make a video about this to my audience of 12K on Insta! NO INTEGRITY SHAME ON YOU. Won’t be using Viator in the future either. Keep your little $120 you will lose ALOT MORE in the long run I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT!

I recently participated in a combo ATV, camel ride, and taquilla tasting package and I must share my disappointment with this experience. The check-in process was fraught with hidden fees, including a $60 per person fee, mandatory $35 insurances, and a $25 entry fee, none of which were disclosed when purchasing the tickets. Unexpected $240 add on for a family of four.
The company also seemed intent on monetizing every aspect of the trip. They took random pictures of us and tried to sell them at an outrageous price of $320 for a package, or $42 for a single 5x8 picture. What’s more, we were not even allowed to take our own photos around the camels, leaving us no choice but to buy theirs.
The taquilla tasting was an awful experience and frankly, a joke. It felt like an afterthought and added no value to the package.
The ATV ride was equally disappointing. Despite promises of new vehicles, we were provided with old ATVs. The ride itself was marred by the inclusion of 5-year-old children in our group, forcing us to ride extremely slow. My attempts to ride with another group were flatly refused.
Overall, this experience was marked by price gouging and an extreme lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would advise looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable and transparent experience.

We did both the camel and ATV rides…I’ve had a few camel ride experiences before but what made this enjoyable was Pepe our guide…Pepe was fun and full of enthusiasm…He gave the group information about camels and the difference between the one hump and two humps camels…I wish the camel ride was a bit longer but it still a great experience…On the other side Alain was our tour leader on the ATV ride and he was great well…He explained everything to us in details and the paramount of safety…It was the best ATV ride I’ve ever had 👍🏼😃…The tequila blanco was really good at the end of the tour…We even purchased the photo package because we loved them all…Kudos to Pepe and Alain 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼…I will do it again if I have the opportunity to come back to Cabo 😊
