Wonderful way to see Capri!

This was a magical excursion! The boat was very nice, steered by an excellent captain, and a very personable guide. Finding the meeting location was a bit difficult and we didn’t receive responses to our inquiry emails until the next day. Perhaps sharing a direct phone number would be helpful. Overall though- a perfect way to see Capri. Thank you!

Amazing boat tour for couples in capri!

Amazing experience ! Got to swim through a cave and also had the chance to jump off a small cliff into water. The boat had floaty noodles if needed and soft drinks and water for us. Also provided towels which was nice. Great experience !

Avoid this company. Booked the boat tour and paid, they were a no show at the tour time and meeting location. ThTried to chat with customer service and no response. Very disappointing.

Our tour got canceled by the operator. We waited for 30 minutes and was told that there was no boat available. When we contacted the owner for refund, he just said it will be processed same day but nothing has been refunded. No apologies or other options given

Great Experience - Worth the Price

Wonderful private boat tour. Meeting point very easy to find right at the port in Capri and there was someone waiting for us to show us to the boat. Davide did a great job explaining the sites and taking us to the many different grottos. There were towels and drinks provided. The boat was extremely comfortable and had a great spot to layout on the front and enjoy the views. We opted to skip the blue grotto as the lines were very long and did not want to waste our private boat time. We did not regret that decision at all. Davide showed us many other wonderful spots.

Excellent experience but relatively expensive

David the skipper was excellent, nice and told us about the area and the culture. The boat was fine but due to the weather we didn't sail around the island. All in all it was fun, we paid 320 euros which was expensive in my opinion.

We were not excited at what our cruise line had to offer while docked in Naples. We really wanted to see Capri without being with a large group. Although the water was a bit rough as we left the dock, it was much calmer as we got farther out. We were able to relax on the front of the boat as the driver showed us the most beautiful sites around Capri. Although the Blue Grotto was not open that day due to rough weather a few days earlier, Antonello showed us beautiful grottos and offered to take photos of us several times as we went through the famous arch and into grottos. Everything was right on schedule so we had plenty of time to enjoy Capri after the boat tour before heading back to Naples on the ferry which are very punctual. I highly recommend booking through Viator. One of the main advantages is that you can customize your tour and not be with a group. We loved having our own private guide. This is the first cruise on which we have ventured away from a cruise-offered excursion, but both of the ones we took were much better than the excursions we bought through the cruise line. The only thing I would change is that our guide was on his cell phone 90 of the 2 1/2 hour tour, therefore, sometimes he could not hear our questions. Directions to the meeting area were not really clear, but people were very helpful in directing us to the address on our voucher after you exit the ferry and enter the main street, turn left and walk toward the dock

My wife and i booked the 1pm time. Pick up location was very hard to find. They had no record of us and said we couldn't leave until 2pm Once on board, we were never offered the caprese lunch with a bottle of wine. We were not even offered water. The sailor played his music so loud that we couldn't hear him talk. We also had to pay extra for the blue grotto which we thought was included in the 364 price. Although the sights were amazing, we didn't get what we paid for.
