Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The most memorable part was how the SpiritLine crew made this a memorable moment for my daughter who had never been on a boat before. They took photos in the beginning before we boarded and I just thought that was a beautiful and perfect setting. We are now planning a mother, daughter cruise because she enjoyed her time so much!

Food was good but the dining area is very noisy (nothing can be done about that), service was great, no narration of what we are passing and no map given. I like knowing where i’m going so a map would have been nice. Singer guitarist was pretty good.

Everyone is very friendly and knows what there doing The ride was nice. Hard to see to much on a sunset cruise. The She Crab Soup was very good I didn't like the salad much short rib was so good it fell apart. We did order dessert didn't like the chocolate cake very dry and raspberry sauce bitter. 3 course should be soup or salad meal and dessert. But my dinner was excellent mash and even fresh veggies to and warm bread

Truly everything that Bulldog tours is great. This one was perfect. The cruise is perfect, other greeting was perfect the food was excellent, the timing was perfect music was perfect the ambience perfect it was really just very romantic.

Even though we provided our allergy information as requested, we still had issues that were not addressed. Our friend Carrie, allergic to shell fish and sea salt, woke up at 3:00am Monday with diarrhea. Look at ingredients list of the tomato soup she was provided as a replacement for the she-crab soup. My wife Monica, allergic to tomato and potato, had an upset stomach after the she-crab soup. Does the she-crab soup contain potato? And for me, George, allergic to wheat, had me gluten free bread to enjoy.

Opposite of luxury

I ordered the tomato soup and was served cold marinara sauce. Not kidding. We used it to dip our bread into. The food was bland and reminded me of cafeteria food. The boat was old, stained windows, the route was not scenic, the deck had old dirty plastic chairs to sit on. “Luxury” is a word that should never have been used.

Good hospitality, friendly atmosphere. The couple sitting ar the table with us was very nice and sociable. I has the shrimps and girts that was very good but not hot enough. The one man band played well.

After booking the dinner cruise, I did notice I did not have an address for departure, so after making a quick phone call, I got the information we needed. We were able to get checked in with no issues to later find out the ship was having engine issues. After boarding the vessel, we were advised the mechanics were still attempting to fix the issue, and if we wanted to receive a 100% refund we could de-board. Upon getting ready to get off the vessel, notification was given the issue had been fixed and we were ready to depart. So we headed back down to our table to enjoy our dinner. Dinner was tasty and service was good. Didn't really get a chance to see much of the harbor but we were able to see a great sunset and a pleasant cruise under the Charleston Bridge all light up. The most important part was my wife enjoyed the dinner and being out on the water so I was happy as well.

Really enjoyed the trip from start to finish! Relaxing with amazing views of the harbor and bridge. Missed the actual sunset, but that was ok. Food was very good service ok. Definitely worth experiencing.

Fraud (over charged) disappointed

They didn’t refund my card after informing them I had called to have one guest removed which would have been 5 guest. After cancellation of that 1 person I was told they would refund my card. After verification I mistakenly removed one guest I need 6 instead of 5 I called back to have the guest added back and they recharged my card for one person, but never refunded me for the first transaction. Now I’m being charged for 7 guess it was only 6. The email stated I had a no show there was no one else to show it was always 6 people. I will have my bank dispute this. Very disappointing in viator at this time will not use their services again!

Birthday dinner for hubby and his friend

The atmosphere was great and the food selection was awesome. The downside, no drinks included and the dessert was extra. For the price, those options should be included. Also, the timeframe could be a little longer to actually enjoy the outside.
