Don’t remember his name “ guy from Oregon” was awesome. Beautiful way to see the harbor. The ride was a pleasant relaxing relief from the heat and walking. Heat index was 114 degrees so the breeze was well needed.

Taxi ride was great and a bargain

This is an easy cheaper way way to see dolphins and the harbor and they stop everywhere in case you want to get off and on to the attractions. We did however get closer and saw more dolphins right at the dock while waiting on our taxi!! The Captain and Mate were awesome and knowledgeable when we had questions!!

I purchased 2 tickets for water taxi, this was apart of my daughters 42nd birthday celebration on 9-2-23. On 8-30-23 my daughter fell at work and sprained her ankle and I was very upset for her to have such an accident days before her birthday. As it turned out my daughter was unable to walk without crutches so I reached out to viator customer service who informed me that they could not make changes to the tickets. They asked me to reach out to the water taxi operator. I sent a message to which I never received a response. I was aware that I could not receive a refund I just feel like the operator should have at last returned a message to me regarding my request. Out of all the event I paid for they were the only event that did not respond. I was able to get my date changed to our new date later this month. Customer service and how you treat your people is how you keep making money. Be mindful of how you treat people.

Awesome ride, captain and his mate were awesome!! Took several pics of the water and the huge naval ship. It was a 1st for us and we didn’t realize we could use our pass and get off at each port and explore then get back on again!! I’ll know for next time. My family just really enjoyed the ride!!

Fantastic way to cross the harbor, especially with kids. Capt. Gasper is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He came to the rescue by having water available for the thirsty 3yr old! The team/crew go the extra mile on safety and making everything easy.

But honestly being on the water, vibin to good music and hanging out with the captain Erza and 1st Babby is how I decided to spend my evening. Leisurely trip accross the river to USS Yorktown. Taxi left on time. Two hours later taxi arrived when it was supposed to. Sure beats Uber.
