A taste of Italy in a traditional Tuscan kitchen.

We were welcomed into the wonderful home of Gioa where we were taught step by step by the lovely Giorgia and produced a three course meal. We made pasta from scratch and were able to taste wine and vin santo from Gioa’s vineyard. Both ladies were exceptionally warm and friendly, passionate about Italian wine and food and keen to share their knowledge with us. Loved it!

Gioya ( "Joy") and Margarite were both wonderful! Joy was our primary cooking guide, and she was very nice, funny and made it a wonderful experience. We would go back to the area to see her and hope to stay at the Farm in the future!

This exceeded all expectations. The setting was magical. So beautiful and warm. Our chef was amazing and informative. Giorgia was great with the kids and created such a wonderful experience.
The whole experience was a highlight of Tuscany, and the food we made was probably the best meal we had there as well!
