Very complicated to use. Better to purchase straight thru Chicago day pass. Was only able to use it on 2 of the 5 allotted venues. Hugely disappointing and not a good value.

The city pass is the best money spent in Chicago if you want to see all the tourist locations. I have been to Chicago a lot in my life because my family lives here but it was my first time taking my son. This was a way better experience than when I was a kid having to buy tickets at all the different locations. Huge timesaver, and money saver! We had the time of our lives!

Some attractions do offer additional experiences at an extra cost, but these are not required. I'm sorry you were not able to get in touch with our customer care team. They are available 7 days a week by phone, email and chat, and will call you back if they are not available when you call.

I loved having access to my pass and seeing the many sights in Chicago but using the pass was not simple. The app never showed my pass and didn’t link. Therefore, I could not reserve a time for some of the venues. I would not do this again.

It saddens me to right this review 😢 I’ve been using Viator for several years now and have had nothing but AMAZING EXPERIENCE until as of late, This was one of my worst experiences ever well we started off with a Segway Tour in Chicago However the rain ruined the day so I was contacted by the tour guide as well S Viator which I thought was Freaking awesome Well we rescued for later that day because the rain was scheduled to stop however that was not the case well I reached out about a refund or credit but received nothing, That’s not where the story ends so there was also a sunset cruise that was rained out as well However I received a refund as well as an option to book again well now we get to the City pass that I purchased yesterday and was denied entry to just about ever place on the list I was told that they didn’t know how to schedule a booking because I booked through 4th party yea I kno I kno crazy this is not my first purchasing a city pass I’m well aware of how they work ok so I reached out to Viator to let them know what was going on and see if there was something that could be done to save my last day In Chicago well they responded and said they would get back to me hmm well was kinda hoping I would get to use my city pass while I’m in the city oh well I guess Viator had other plans.. I went with my kids and family, and we were extremely satisfied by the easiest to use this. We went straight to the Lines with our digital tickets. Please make reservations in advance for Skydeck, and 360 Chicago. You may also need to do reservations for museums.

We enjoyed our visits to the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and the Field Museum - all very appealing. We took the Architectual Boat Tour and it was interesting and informative, greatly enjoyed it. We also did the Sky Deck at Willis Tower and it was OK, because we were in the middle of the Canadian wildfires and the haze did not allow for much sightseeing. We could barely see the boats docked at the lake! Not the fault of the City Pass, just poor timing, as we only had 4 days in town and couldn't reschedule. Otherwise, jumping the lines and the speedy entrances were appreciated.
