Everywhere you go on this tour is worth the visit and Tudor really knows the area and gives such great insider knowledge for a wonderful day full of excitement. I would definitely have Tudor as a guide tour again if I ever come back to the area!

This was definitely the best tour we did during our entire 2 weeks in Romania. If you find yourself in Cluj Napoca, you should definitely book this tour. We had experiences that were extraordinary. Like visiting an ancient salt mine formed 13 million years ago. It is a spectacle of nature unlike anything we have seen. We also did hiking where we took in picturesque Transylvania landscapes. Our lunch stop was a renowned restaurant that served traditional local food while offering serene views of the mountains. Both of which were excellent. The visit to the traditional village of Rimeatea was also equally memorable. It is a historic quaint little town that gave us insight into a simpler way of life from a different time. We also had time to visit a monastery that housed several nuns who had hand-painted their monastery over the course of 3 years. It is by far the most beautiful and moving experience we have had. There is something sacred about that place that words cannot describe. Our guide Tudor was truly amazing. He had a warm and gentle presence and his stories throughout the tour gave the experience an added dimension. He made you feel that you were travelling with a long lost friend. We will remember this tour very fondly and we will come back and look for Tudor.

We had an amazing day with Tudor seeing the salt mine, hiking, and a delicious lunch at Rimtea village. He was a fun tour guide and really made the hike in Turda Gorge special with his knowledge of the area and the beautiful pictures. His recommendations for activities in the salt mine and food at the village were on point and he provided a lot of information about the history if the mine and Rimtea. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Cluj and I absolutely recommend it.

Tudor is the best guide in the world ❤️. The tour is super complete, it’s an amazing experience. The guide was so sweet and he speaks english very nice (we understand everything). The first stop was Turda mine salt and we have no words to describe that incredible place. That visit is a must in Romania. The next stop was the Turda gorge, a route behind the mountains and through the river. The views were unique. Later, we went to a magic village called Rimetea, it isnt a turistic place and we loved it. It has the rural spirit of Romania, very very peaceful. Our last stop was a monastery full of handmade paintings. We enjoyed so much the tour and we recomend it to everyone. Its nice that he did the tour even if we were only two people, and also he can do it for just one. Thank you Tudor for your warmth.

The sights are truly breath-taking and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered each and every annoying questions we had with kindness and patience. The Turda salt mine are unforgettable, the Rimetea area is just beautiful and picturesque, the local village is so quaint and cute and the people so welcoming. Then we stopped at an impressive nunnery fully painted by nuns and we finished with taking photos of the Turda Gorge from a high point.

The most memorable part of the trip was the guide. Knowledgeable and funny. And Turda's Gorge. Astonishing nature and challenging walk. Salina Turda is impressive. It looks like a sci-fi decor.
