Vernon was a great guide, taking us off the beaten path to see incredible views of the island. We saw a geyser, caves, views of the lake, the ocean, and stopped for lunch. Ended the tour with a stop at Kokomo beach which was absolutely beautiful, definitely recommend this tour and Vernon.

Felt very personalized. Our tour guide took his time. Nothing was rushed!!! Even stopped so we can get some coconuts on the way. My husband and I received a lot of good history about Curaçao. Definitely would recommend & use again if I visited in the future.

Vernon was EXTREMELY accommodating. He allowed us to flexible with our date/time due to a sick family member. Then during the actual trip, he gave great insight on the island and led a fantastic trip. Favorite part of was the cave and cliff jumping at the beach. Highly recommend

I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone. The pickup point was very easy to find and the driver was prompt, however, the driver crammed 13 people in an 8 passenger van. We arrived at the owners home and 2 ATV vehicles were ready to go for 12 guests. There was no safety equipment offered other than goggles. The seatbelts were rusted and couldn’t be used. There were 2 small boys in the group, and I did have concerns for their safety. We spent the next 4 hours driving to a gas station, cave, blowhole, and restaurant. There was no time to see the beach. The restaurant offered a native cuisine, which was goat. We spent over an hour there. We came from a cruise ship and were very aware of the time. The owner didn’t seemed worried at all. We requested the taxi to pick us up at the next stop (beach) because we felt like we were running late. We made it back an hour before the ship left. The family with the small boys stayed at the beach and made it back 15 minutes before the ship left. The scenery was red dirt roads, cactus’, and trash everywhere. This tour was not customizable and we spent most of the time driving in very undesirable terrain.

We had such a great time with Vernon exploring the beautiful island of Curaçao! Definitely a highlight of our week. We stopped at scenic places one could only get to on an ATV. He shared so much knowledge about the island. The ATVs were so comfortable too (I have a bad back and didn’t have any issues at all). Highly recommend Vernon - he’s the best!!

We went on this tour 1/25/23. Vernon was an excellent guide. He arranged Raffe to pick us up at the port and to take us back. There were six of us on tour. We enjoyed the caves, the blow hole and the scenery all around. We would recommend this tour.

We enjoyed the caves, blowhole, lunch and snorkel at Kokomo. Vernon was very friendlt, knowledgeable and willing to share ideas of things to do. He suggested snorkeling at tugboat beach and we saw a spotted eagle ray so he gets props.

A fun buggy tour

The buggy tour was a lot of fun. We drove to a cave, saw a blow hole, went to Kokomo beach and got filthy. The negative part was that we needed to stop for ice to keep the bottled water cool and also for gas. Those issues should have been addressed earlier. it seems bizarre that we needed to wait around while ice was being purchased or a buggy needed gas. Also, the beach isn’t great. If you want to relax on the beach you need to rent lounge chairs. Since we were only staying at the beach for approximately 45 minutes, it seemed like a waste of money to rent lounge chairs. Instead, we went into the water and killed time on benches talking to the other guests. The beach could have been avoided or we could have gone to a different beach.

Hi thx for the feed back the only reason why I stop for ice is so that the client can buy there snacks and drinks for on the road and the gas stop is on the same route and to tank the Machines and drive back its a waste of gas so that's why we stop and also there's an atm at the gas station so some of the guest can use I am glad you had a great time and we always work on improvements

Great guide, tour experience fell short

Our tour guide was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. However I rate it low because of a few things. The tour says it’s private. It was not; there were two families on the tour with us. We shared two buggies between 11 people. Where were the other buggies pictured in the ad? Which brings me to the tour being customizable. It was not. Our guide took us where he wanted to go, with no input from us. I imagine he did that was on purpose. He couldnt risk asking 3 groups of people what we wanted to do and risk disagreement. So he took the decision out of our hands. Also there was, in my opinion, unnecessary down time like stopping to get ice, and then stopping to get gas. Shouldnt he already have ice & gas? I did however enjoy seeing parts of Curacao I wouldnt have seen otherwise. Unfortunately those other things weighed heavily on the rating.

Hi guys thx for the feed back yes you can costume the trip if you ask.me in advance which of the 2 trips its or a beach trip or a cave and beach trip at the end so I don't now how come you didn't go to a beach and the stops are necessary first so you can buy your snacks and drinks you can bring on the trip and the gas is on the way to the next stop and yes we thank as we go other wise I have to drive each machine to the gas station and back and I have consumed gas for nothing because it's not full any way when I start the trip and gas is expensive and I am not storing gas in jugs because it is a dangerous thing to do so that's the reason ut goes like that and it's just 5 min to get gas

Absolutely loved this tour! We visited so many sites that were just breathtaking! Vernon was so easygoing and a great tour guide! This was definitely the highlight of my trip! And the restaurant stop at Willies was amazing ! Loved the burger. I highly recommend this tour !!

The Great Buggy Ride

Great buggy ride around the central part of Curacao. Went to a cave near the coast and also a tremendous blow-hole. Most of the areas would not be easy to reach in a car. Also saw a large flock of flamingoes on the trip. Vernon was a great guide and very informative about the island and history as well as the sites that we visited. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 72 and all had a great time. The 3-year-old thought riding in the "monster trucks" was great. Would strongly recommend for any group that is looking of adventure a little of the normal route.
