We do not go into the mansions, as they are all privately owned; however, this does not prevent you from experiencing possible paranormal activity
This tour will operate, rain, snow, or shine. We do not give refunds or move reservations, due to weather conditions.
Do not show up to the tour inebriated or under the influence of a substance. You will be asked to leave, and you will not be issued a refund. Please be respectful of the other guests on the tour.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Jessica was an excellent guide and a fountain of spooky and historical knowledge! We really enjoyed her insights and deep dive of the former residents of Denver, both famous and infamous! I would totally recommend this tour for teens and up. I real spooky fun!

This review is not accurate, and it’s in stark contradiction to the over 700 reviews that this tour has received. In addition, the review gives no context for the statement that was given. Moreover, the customer had to include “That’s all I have to say”, just to meet the minimum word requirements, set forth by Viator. There is historical information within this tour; however, it’s presented as a way to support the ghost stories.

Awesome tour and tour guide! Even for sulky preteens!

Sheila was an awesome tour guide, very entertaining. Even our preteens were so into the tour especially taking pictures and trying the capture ghost images. We also loved that she had a bunch of historical facts and stories mixed in with the ghost stories. Very highly recommended!

This customer did not experience our tour. They showed up, walked one block with the group, and then said that it was “Too cold outside, and that they didn’t bring heavy enough coats”. They then departed the tour. This review is in not an accurate depiction of the actual tour experience.

Shiela was so fun an engaging on our tour! I’m local and my friend was visiting from out of town. We both learned so much! Plenty of haunts to be had. I would recommend wearing comfortable shoes, bundling up, and bringing a thermos with a warm drink if you are touring in the winter.

The Tour guide Shiela was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and had a solid flow to the histories. I really liked how she pointed out specific areas of the tour where the ground was uneven to walk on for our elderly tourists. Areas of opportunity to improve the experience include: Tourists should be texted the best and safest parking spots within a 1-2 mile radius of the meet up location as well as weather alert texts prior to event.

Perfect activity for a taste of history and hauntings

My boyfriend and I had family visiting from out of town and this was the perfect activity for a cold November evening, just a week after Halloween! Even if you aren’t a fan of the haunted, the homes and streets were so beautiful, everyone could certainly appreciate the history and architecture. Our guide, Sage, was knowledgeable and engaging. We learned a lot and are very glad we went!
