They canceled on us the night before our tour.

They canceled on us the night before. No effort given to help us find an alternative. They offered to refund, but I have not seen it post. Use a tour company vetted and trusted by the hotel you stay at. Not this.

I am very sorry that I had to cancel on short notice and could not do the tour. As communicated to you, this had to do with medical reasons. I was / am in a lot of pain. I could not foresee this would happen !!! I will be treated in hospital later this month. Customer Care has mailed me that a full refund is under way to you.

We had a wonderful day touring the Burgundy wine region with Pieter. He was prompt and the car was spacious. Pieter really knew about the region and the wines here. He had a good rapport with the wineries he took us to and helped us select a nice collection of Burgundy wines to have shipped back to the states. Peter is so knowledgeable and passionate about wine. He took us to 3 wonderful wineries and 1 negotiation. He also took us to beautiful vista points for photography. The lunch place in Gevrey-Chambertin was amazing. I highly recommend a tour with Peter! My friend and I had a wonderful adventure.
