Matt was prompt and gave us a great tour of Dover. What a beautiful place! Lovely views and quaint historic buildings, a chalk river and Battle of Britain memorial. Got us back to the ship in plenty of time.

I'm aware Wifi on your Cruise Ships can be patchy and pricey so aim to inform all our guests of the full directions and meeting points ideally why you are still at home.

Our half day tour was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations and recommend it to everyone. This was especially advantageous to us in having a private tour instead of being on a tour bus from our cruise ship.

We prefer to tour with smaller and more intimate groups that we can help with a bespoke offer rather than 'Shoehorning sardines into a tin can' and showing you little more than the freeway!

We had a great tour with Matt. We saw the White Cliffs of Dover and visited the WWII Flier's Memorial. Matt knows a lot about the environment around the Dover area and shared many interesting detail about it. The caulk information about the caulk rivers was really interesting.

Excellent tour! Matt was a great tour guide. He was informative & attentive. He has a vast knowledge of the area & sites. He kept things lively & moving along so that no one got bored. He made sure to interact with everyone on the tour. He offered us refreshments and snacks several times. The minivan was comfortable & roomy. I highly recommend Matt & this tour.

It was very nice to just have 6 of us on the tour that day. Matt provided us an excellent tour and very enjoyable day, sharing lots of information and allowing us plenty of time to take many pictures. 'There’s more to Dover than the White Cliffs!!
We just spent (4.28.22) a lovely half day Grand Tour of The White Cliffs of Dover with Matt James.
-Our itinerary was as advertised and we appreciated Matt allowing us to adjust the time spent at each stop based on our interest.
We took the train from and back to London and we were met at the train station.
-We’ve always heard of the white cliffs of Dover and now that we’ve taken this tour we can return home (San Diego, CA) and share our experience. We learned so much and highly recommend you take this tour.
-Matt even recommended a Pub we might enjoy- The White Horse Pub did not disappoint- loved the atmosphere and the food…
