Driver never showed. However, they did refund our money quickly when I requested a refund. Do yourself a favor and just use the taxis at the airport. It is about half this rate and is reliable.

A little confusion on where to meet when our flight landed early. Other pickups were waiting right outside of baggage claim, ours seemed to be running a little late.

The young man who picked me up was right on time even though my flight was a half an hour early getting there.. He was very personable and professional. He assisted me with my bags and even followed me to the alternate check-in location to make sure everything was ok.

Edinburgh airport makes service useless at this time

Unfortunately Edinburgh airport dies not have enough baggage handlers with one of the two companies. We waited over an hour as priority is to load luggage although this is hit and miss. So our car left without us because they couldn’t wait any longer. Expensive if not used but of course Edinborough airport don’t see it as their problem. We heard many horror stories in airport at the time of writing

Our driver was topnotch. Our flight arrived late and the baggage claim was extremely slow. Our driver kept in contact by phone and was the first person we noticed when we finally entered the arrival area outside security.
