It is valid for 2 days since you cant just visit all the attractions in 1 day.
Book ahead leaving you the option to cancel if needs be We stayed a little way from Waverley where you need to check in on day one, but after that our 48 hours Majestic tour was fantastic.
This is a no-brainer if you’re going to be in the city for two days or more.

Good to get a guarantee entry into the castle.

We had to walk quite a distance to get to the point where we could pick up our tickets. The operator was very good and gave us our time allotted for the entry into Edinburgh castle which worked out very well. However, no one mentioned the fact that there was a parade down the Royal Mile and the bus would not be operating. So we had to scramble to get a cab which wasn't easy. Bus was easier than finding a cab unlike other cities.

This is a great way to see Edinburg when you come for a first time. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Having this ticket gives you access to all three bus lines with 3 access tickets with 2 full days access to the buses. This made our trip very easy as we did not have to waste times getting tickets for each of the areas especially the Castle. We would definitely recomment this ticket.

Would try another company next time. Recording often didn’t jibe with sights along the way so a bit frustrating. The human guide was OK but my preference would be that personal family stories not be used in narration.

I have really enjoyed being able to travel on three different lines to see more of Edinburgh. The ticketing system for the three included visits was great; no issues at all and no standing in line. It’s a great way to get around and see the important sites as well as explore restaurant options in the various areas.

As a veteran traveler, Hop on Hop off in a new city or country are a good way to get a quick overview and lay of the land. This was especially true of Edinburgh.Excellent on bus tour guides who gave great commentary and interesting tidbits of Scottish history.

loved the hop on hop off bus. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because I think they should increase their hours. They only run from 9 until 6. I feel like 8 to 7 would be better hours, especially when it doesn't even get dark until 10 at night.

Guaranteed access to all the main attractions was the reason for purchasing this ticket and it lived up to my expectations and more. For instance, as soon as I presented the ticket at Holyrood, the ticket allowed staff to prioritise those guests and allow access without having to queue. Also, Edinburgh Castle is a very popular attraction and though when I arrived mid-afternoon, no more tickets were being administered, I was allowed in to visit the attraction. Moreover, the tour buses were fantastic, frequent and the staff really lovely and helpful.

This is a great way to make the most of your time in Edinburgh, and a terrific value. It's really worthwhile to get the fast-track entry tickets, especially to Edinburgh Castle, which is always really busy, as it allows flexibility in your schedule. The bus tours are really well done, comfortable, clean, and efficient.
